I751 waiver CSC
I filed i751 in dec 2018 now my case is outside processing time , i got rfe in march and i send rfe responce in may but not got any update
On 13 august i got email from uscis that my case is recieved at local office but case status on uscis.gov is not changed it is same as earlier that my rfe responce is recieved on 11 may .. i also submit inquiry of case outside normal procesiing time on august 13 and called uscis office but still no reply and update
anyone knows about this or in same situation please help me what to do next ?? I already waited so long
any idea how much time i have to wait for my interview ?? Thanks

Divorce waiver
I filed i751 jointly with my wife in April 2020 but in may we got divorce due to abuse.
Now my divorce decree is ready, should I go ahead and file another form i751 with waiver and submit the divorce decree with evidences of abuse
Or
I should wait for USCIS to send me RFE?

3 years joint Comcast/xfinity bills
3 years joint bank statement
5 vehicle titles that we have jointly owned
4 yrs joint Vehicle insurance
4 years Health insurance
401K
Letter from spouse parents
Letter from my brother and sister
Copy of our drivers license
Copy of my wife's international passport data page showing we have same last name.

* No Lawyer
*No RFE
*I didn't call USCIS
*18 months greencard will expire December 2020
From filing for 2 years green card up till filing for removal of conditions on residence (I-751) i didn't use any lawyer and I have never been issued any request for further evidence because I always take my time in gathering all the necessary evidences I need to support my petition.
Guys please always give them as many evidence as possible to avoid RFE or them scheduling you for interviews..

I filed with attorney and he said I have a good case as divorce was in good terms and I have support from my ex-wife and her family that the marriage was legitimate. I sent Taxes we filed for subsequent 2 years, Car Insurance shows both names on it, Wedding invitation, Lease together and tons of pics.
Does anyone have a similar experience that filed in the same time range?

I filed my i751 last year 11/15/2019, received notice of action three weeks later, while no biometric appointment up till today. I called USCIS office in los Angeles a month ago to know the cause of the delay on my bio appointment, but the the lady I spoke with said I'm still under processing time, that I have nothing to worry about. Here's my question: Is it possible for USCIS to waive my bio appointment and approve my application? Has anyone in the forum been in this situation before or presently? Hoping to hear from you guys. Thanks

My wife and I recently bought a house. Our close date is October 9th. My conditional green card removal is due by November 8th. Do we have to do a change of address right after moving into new house or can I wait and do that when filing in November. Pls advise.

It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing... how long did you guys wait to get letter of approval? Do they send your extension travel documents first? Kinda worried.. i sent on 8/20
