I751 Case transfer to Atlanta local office since July 2019
Hi good people,
Please I need an advice, I file my I751 Case on May 2019 and received 18 months extension but since then I’ve not heard from USCIS and also no biometric appointment.
I spoke with the customer service representative and was told my case was transferred back to USCIS office in Atlanta GA on July 2019 but I didn’t receive case transfer notice or any information regarding the progress of my application.
I’m confused and don’t know what to think anymore.
Please what does it mean when your case is being transferred back to your local field office of USCIS, does it mean you will get interviewed or what?
Please I will be highly grateful for any advice please.

Just wanted to share an update made today on my i751 case. Today it changed to
INTERVIEW CANCELLED
"...we cancelled or deschedule the interview scheduled for your i751...we will notify by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made or if the office needs something from you. "
Don't know if this is good or bad, but I am planning to apply for citizenship before October anyway, as the new rates will go way to high. Even if it both cases get stuck for a couple of months (hopefully not) I'm not in a hurry.

Hey y’all, I just called and spoke to uscis level 2 officer to check up on my case that I submitted since 11/12/2019 and no update since I did biometric in January but the simple answer the officer gave me was that the I -751 now take up to 44 months to process atm and she sald we just gonna keep getting another 18 months extension till you get approved. So goodluck to us all 🙏🏾 I had I known to wait for my marriage to get close to 2 years before applying for the green card, by now I will only have the 10 years and not the conditioner GC. Smh

Hey guys I received my greencard I am finally over. Thank you Lord..Going to do my citizenships before October. Vermont is my service center. Actually it took 11 months. All the best to you guys

I751 approved: Vermont transferred to Potomac
Hi, I received email notifications about my I751 case. I did not see many people posted experience for the Vermont transferred to Potomac service center, so my experience also proved that Potomac center is still working on I751 cases. Timeline is listed below:
5/6/2019: package received
2/19/2020: transferred from Vermont to Potomac center
8/21/2020: card being produced
8/25/2020: case approved
I guess the next step is card mailed. The total process took about 15-16 months. Did anyone receive the approval letter in mail after receiving the email/text notification? Or just received the card without approval letter?

I just realized this is the first time I'm checking out the "Immigration- after greencard' group.
My card is on its way to me at the moment.
I'd like to know what's next? I got the 10 yr GC- that means I don't have to deal with 'conditional' things yes?
Is it true that we can apply for citizenship after 3 years of being married? Please advise.

apply removal conditions December 2019..did fingerprints January 2020 Vermont services center got 18 month extension January 2020..no more news since then any December 2019 filers can give any updates
