RFE recieved missing Petitioner signature part 7. Do I resubmit the whole I-751 form again?
Hi -

I received RFE missing Petitioner signature part 7. I mistakenly filled this out previously as my US Citizen spouse's info.
Now I realized the petitioner is me (as conditional resident). Do I only need to submit the page for the part 7 or have to re-submit whole I-751 form again?

Any same experience would be greatly appeciated.

Also there is another page which is asking if there is a new form G-28 (Yes / NO) I have to select the box.

I previously had a lawyer when I was applying I-485. But now I did not hire a lawyer for I-751 adjustment/removal of conditional Greencard.

Any same experience would be greatly appreciated. And any additional tips to include when sending RFE response.

God bless and thanks in advance!

"Card Was Mailed To Me"
I posted my experience and approval a few weeks ago, and just got an update today that my card was mailed to me. Here's my entire timeline:

Joint I-751, no RFE, no interview, California Service Center

- May 2019: filed joint I-751
- December 2019: biometrics done
- August 5, 2020: "New Card is Being Produced"
- August 6, 2020: "Case Was Approved"
- August 23, 2020: "Card Was Mailed To Me"

I guess I'll receive my 10-year green card in the mail some time this week, so it will be about 3 weeks after the case was approved, for those wondering how long it takes to get the card.

Best wishes to everyone here!

I-751 Evidence needed
Hi everyone, I would just like in detail all evidence needed to remove the conditions on my green card. Do we still need to send a marriage certificate or our birth certificates? Also what other evidence needed?

Heads up guys increased of filling fees for Naturalization
USCIS PUBLISHES FINAL RULE THAT WILL INCREASE FEES FOR NUMEROUS IMMIGRATION FILINGS, INCLUDING H-1BS

Last week, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) published a final rule that significantly increases filing fees for certain immigration forms, including H-1B petitions, L-1 potitions and naturalization filings. The increased fees will take effect on October 2, 2020.

Form I-129 will now cost $555 for the H-1B petition (currently $460), $805 for the L-1 petition (currently $460) and $695 for the TN petition (currently $460). Form N-400, which is used for naturalization filings, will now cost $1,170 (currently costs $640). Form I-765, which is used to file for Employment Authorization Documents (EADs), will increase in cost from $410 to $550. Additionally, the total costs to file for adjustment of status (usually the last step in the permanent residence process), will almost double to more than $2,200.

I751 has been processed for 20 months now and still no response ....
Hey guys,
I shared my experience on this case before, so this is to keep those who read my experience up to speed. Still no news, still waiting...

Applied out of Miami in December 2018. Case was sent to Vermont, and from there it got transferred 4 times, currently in Texas.... At this point, we're just waiting and still hoping to hear back before our N400 interview.

If anyone has the similar / same experience, please share. It feels like when you know you're not alone on this endless waiting, it's not as bad lol.

Good luck to those who have their N400 and/or I751 interviews scheduled!

Submitted to Phoenix field office - case went to Texas service center
Application submitted: 05/13/2020
Receipt number was provided immediately upon receipt of the package. Hard copy receipt came almost after 60 days. Suggest filling out the form they have for missing receipt. Also, call and try to speak with Tier 2 officers.
Finger prints applied on 08/10/2020. Did not have to go for in person finger prints.
