What if my 18 months extention expire
Need advice!
My 18months extension will expire at the beginning of November and still waiting for my permanent green. Card. I'm in Europe and need advice when should I come back to the states for a passport stamp or what is the next step after extension expires?

I spoke to tier2 officer to see if they can tell me how long it takes to finalize the I-751 decision. They all are reading a script. He said that the average time is 18 months and it could be longer. I asked about the daily operation at the service centers and I asked specifically Potomac because my case got transferred there on February 5th, 2020. He said that the officer takes in a day and starts to review the case and issue to approve, RFE, Interview or Deny it. He also said the receipt numbers do not generate the first and last example if your case ends 509 and the other is 511 it does not mean my receive that is earlier than 511 the system picks the numbers randomly.
I am right around the 16 months and nothing has happened yet.

Today got text message that stated, New card is being produced.
Potomac is my service center.
My whole journey took about 135 days.
No interview, no biometric, no RFE , filed jointly.

Please brothers and sisters advice please
I applied for waiver with plenty of documents : joint bank account for 3 years and joint filing taxes for 3 years and joint lease for 3 years and joint capital one and 3 affidavits of support from her family stating that our marriage based on love and car title on both names and same policy number car insurance and joint AAA and joint bjs member and copy of our fly tickets and plenty of pictures and text messages when we were arguing.
My question is my ex wife she use to go see counselor for 1 year and after she withdraw the i751 she use this report against me...is that will have bad consequences on myni751 waiver or not ? Her aunt that she was our landlord just wrote a statement stating how her niece use to throw me out and bring her boyfriend and how she was violent to me

IF SOMEONE WAS DENIED ENTRY TO CANADA
OR WAS DEPORTED FROM CANADA BUT STILL GOT APPROVED FOR THE I-485, WILL IMMIGRATION DENY THIER I751 ?

If you were denied asylum in Canada in 2009 and moved to the USA got approved after marriage 4 years later will immigration deny the i751 is that suspicion for second interview.
Spouse tried going to Canada recently for visit but was denied entry two years ago before applying to remove conditions on green card ,now she has an interview do you think that the border information triggered the interview for USCIS

Hard to believe
It’s hard to believe that Nebraska SC has hardly approved not more than 5 cases since the beginning of August. Checking through the search 500 on the tracker, I checked on thousands of cases and I could see that they haven’t approved more than 5 cases since the beginning of this month till now. That’s not a good news for people who has cases in Nebraska. In fact, someone told me that Nebraska is number one target SC where the employee are to be layed off.

Hey guys pls I have a quick question, is it advisable to apply for n400 while the i751 is pending and getting close to a year since I applied or it will be better to get the 10 years green card before applying? I’m just curious because the green card processing time is so frustrating and it’s hard to wait for the 10 years green card just to come and start another queue on the citizenship part
