I-751 Approved - transferred from Vermont to Potomac
Wanted to share my timeline to help others in the same boat.

5/4/2019 - I-751 Package sent
6/3/2019 - Biometrics completed
2/6/2020 - Case transferred from Vermont to Potomac
8/11/2020 - New card ordered
8/13/2020 - Case approved

I filed joint without any waivers. No RFE/RFI. I submitted the following:
- Joint house Lease
- Insurance showing beneficiary
- Joint bank statement
- Fed and State tax return
- Joint utility bill
- Group pictures (30 or so)
- Affidavits by 2 people
- Joint Car insurance, title & registration

Now the wait begins to actually get the GC in hand....

All the best to everyone! Stay positive.

Case transferred to NBC
Hi everyone, just wanted to share an update, my case has been transferred from CSC to NBC a week ago. Filed in July 2019 and filed for N400 in June 2020.
I guess I should be expecting an interview date now. Anyone had a combo interview in CA recently?

I-751 SENT TODAY
Hello there everyone. Thanks everyone on this forum for all the infos..
I just sent all my documents to remove conditions on my green card expiring in 26 October.

Waiting from USCIS to receive the package soon.
I sent: new lease agreement, jointly filling taxes 2017-2020, jointly bank statements for 1 year, ids with same adress, 3 family affidavits, airplane ticket from our trip, 30+ pictures, life insurance showing as beneficiary, car insurance with both name, spectrum and electricity bill for past 4 months in our new place

We didn’t have a lease from last year casue we live with family member.. I’m affraid they might sent an RFE about it..
What do you usually get RFE for?? Does it extend the waiting? Or interview..

Thanks again guys..

Sent an Request to Potomac Service Center Through USCIS Representative
Hello All,

I called the USCIS service center after waiting 40 minutes, and I asked the customer service center to see if they can submit an online inquiry for me to Potomac service center.

After two days waiting period, this is what I got from USCIS as an answer.

The status of this service request is:

Recently, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

USCIS makes every effort to process cases within the projected timeframes and in the order in which they were received.

However, please note that estimated processing times for Form I-751 applications are processing goals and not a guarantee that applications will be processed within the estimated timeframe.

Your application is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a time frame for when we will complete the review of your application.

I-751: Concern for lack of financial co-mingling RFE
Hi everyone! My conditional green card expires soon, so my husband and I are about to submit our joint I-751. However, I'm worried that USCIS will find that we lack financial co-mingling and might issue an RFE. I'm mainly concerned about this because we don't have a joint bank account, kids, a car, or a mortgage (we're in our 20s living in a city).

We do, however, have joint tax returns from 2018 and 2019, a shared lease, a shared phone plan, life insurances with each other listed as beneficiaries, driver's licenses showing the same address, and his credit card which I am an authorized user for. Plus, a bunch of other evidence: 2 affidavits, around 25 pictures together+family, vacation tickets.

How concerned should we be and what can we do to prevent potential problems along the way?

Thank you in advance!
