Remarriage
Hello Everyone,
I'm newbie here and it's my first post.

I came in states by Oct 2018 on marriage based green-card. I'e got 10 year green card because we had spent 4 years separately and 1 year together with each other in our relationship.
I recently got divorced in June 2020. I had faced so much difficulties and hard time while I was living with my spouse.

-Can I start my new life with someone else after got divorced?
-Can I remarry to non-immigrant and sponsor later on?

All the help, support and suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advanced.

Can i go to home country which i applied assylum before
Hi guys,, Please share your experience ..
If I applied for asylum and my case was pending. At that time, I married a US citizen and applied for a Green-card based on marriage, and the asylum application was withdrawn. When I am already the green-card holder, can I go to the country from which I previously applied for asylum?

Getting back in the US with extention letter-own experience
Hello everyone,

Just wanted to share my experience about my return to the US with an extension letter. I was gone from the US for almost 6 months, initially left for a month or two, but because of the covid situation worsening I ended up staying almost 6months.

I came back yesterday and nothing to declare. The agent just looked at my passport, my green card and extension letter , took my fingerprints and photo and said "welcome home have a nice day".

Arrived at JFK btw.

Have a nice day.
