Speaking to an agent/representative
It looks like the USCIS have recently changed their automated phone system, and the old trick with pressing # to claim that you don't have access to your receipt number which would lead you to a representative/agent doesn't work anymore. When you say you don't have your receipt number, it now just says "Well go find it, bye." Does anyone know any new ways to get to speak to an actual person when you call them?

As of January 4, 2021, we are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. Last I heard my case was still at TSC. My question is what should I expect? Would Texas schedule my interview? Would my case be transferred? What are my chances of being waved for interview.

Hello Guys I was approved for a conditional Green card the problem is that me and my wife had a lot of problem and she abused me in a lot of ways mentally and physically she did it befor and I moved on and forgive but I really can’t live like that and accused me of being unfaithful wtf My question is what will happen to I751 as for waiver and what should I apply waiver off my conditional resident is new I have many documents such as lease joint bank pictures trips everything I really got damaged a lot and couldn’t do anything being immigrant here

Finally the wait is over . Thanks this forum really been helpful
Here is my timeline
4/15/2020 : package sent ( jointly)
23/8/2020 : biometrics was taken ( they used the old one )
22/12/2020 : case was transferred to new office . The office now has jurisdiction over your case
28/1/2021 : new card is being produced
29/1/2021 : my case was approved
Expecting new card will be arrived in 2 weeks

I 751 Rejected for early filing
I filed and mailed my i751 application to remove condition on green card on Nov 16th 2020 and after waiting for 8 weeks,it was returned back to me with a green letter that says I filed one day earlier.
Now I have just 3 weeks left before my card expires.
I have re mailed it to them but kind of worry about my status than expires in less than 3weeks.
Please any idea on what I should do? Thanks

I751 No receipt notices

I got the whole package back on the 19th of January 2021 after 8weeks

10/21/20 - RFE issued
11/6/20 - RFE response received
1/14/21 - Case transferred to NBC
1/28/21 - Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
