Did USCIS skip 2019 fillers?
Hey everyone,
I have been waiting on my I751 since November 2019(filed jointly) . California filler and case is sitting at NBC since October 2020 with 0 news.
Meanwhile I see a lot of 2020 fillers that are done with their case even with waivers! Congrats to them but I cannot help but being so frustrated because it is supposed to be processed by order received as USCIS site mentions.
Anyone from 2019 that has been approved recently?

I-751 Journey is over
I filled petition jointly in May 2020, my now ex-husband asked me for a divorce in July 2020 & before the end of July 2020, we were divorced and I sent a letter to USCIS to change my application from a joint application to a waiver. I got approved yesterday & wanted to share my journey.
- May 2nd 2020 - Sent my packet to USCIS
- May 5 2020: Case was received
- June 29 2020: i797 notice received.
- August 10 2020: my fingerprint from i485 was applied.
- August 12 2020: I sent divorce decree & waiver letter.
- September 17 2020: case approved.
- September 17 2020: card in production.
- September 17 2020: Case was reopened for reconsideration
- November 2 2020: Case was transferred.
- November 3 2020: new office has jurisdiction.
- February 19 2021: Case was approved (again)
- February 21 2021: Card was mailed to me.
- February 22 2021: USPS picked up card from USCIS office.
As I type this I am waiting for card to arrive in the mail. Divorce is not the end of it, if you or your partner is unhappy in your marriage leave & just pray everything works out with your immigration issues.

- Credit Card Statement for 2 years
- letter of support from friends & my children's school teacher
We didn't submit my husband's ID or any pictures together & I was worried this would be a problem but I guess all the evidence above was enough for them.

_ extension letter on 05 August 2020
_ fringprinter they were used old one on 18 august 2020
_ ordered new card on 09 february 2021
_i 751 form approved on 12 february 2021
_ I get my green card in box mail on 22 february 2021.

I have filled for I751 in September 2019 in Texas office from Miami Fl . So far I only had finger prints taken in February 2020 and nothing else ever since .
Does anyone have similar experience?

My I-751 In Transits.
I mailed my I-751 applications from Omaha Nebraska to phoenix AZ with USPS priority mail on 02/13/2021 and it was scheduled to be delivered before 3:00 PM on 02/16/2021, but to my surprise, my package is yet to be delivered up till now and it has been in transits according to the tracking. Has any one experienced this before ? Please what are my options, do I need to prepare another package and send it through Fedex or UPS? I'm stressing out already .

I-751 and no receipt
I send my I-751 package in 2nd week of February and USCIS received my fling in same week however as of today I haven’t received any receipt yet, I know it’s early but my conditional green card is expiring in 4 days. Would I be able to continue my work if my receipt is delayed? Also my lawyer told me you will get an email or text message before you get an receipt however I haven’t got anything yet. My only concern is would I be able to continue my work if I don’t receive anything for next few weeks even after my Conditional GC is expired?

Hi fam, i field my i751 in march 2020 (CALIFORNIA) service center, fingerprints update september 2020, case transferred to NBC december 2020 for standard processing , and yesterday i received RFE to submit my birth certificate and our marriage certificate.
The Weird thing is, RFE letter came from SAN JUAN PUERTO RICO, and they want me to respond to PUERTO RICO OFFICE... i have no idea why the notice came from there when my case was transferred to Lee Sumit MO.
if anybody know anything about pls do reply thank you in advance.
