CALIFORNIA FILLER APPROVED!!! 13 MONTHS
Hi guys, wanted to share my experience since this forum was the best help I've ever could've have

No ROE no interview !!

01/30/2020 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

06/09/2020 On June 9, 2020, we sent a response to your request to change your address, referral number CAxxxxx.

06/09/2020 On June 9, 2020, your request to change your address, referral number CAxxxxxx, was completed.

09/11/2020 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, were taken.

12/22/2020 Your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, was transferred to another USCIS office.

12/23/2020 We transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case.

I GOT A LETTER ON THE MAIL STATING THAT IT WAS FOR "STANDAR PROCESSING" not to speed up the process nor interview. here is what is said on the letter:

We have completed a preliminary review of the application or petition ("your case") listed above. As part of standard processing, we transferred your case to the USCIS office listed below that has jurisdiction over your case, that office will notify you in writing when they make a decision on your case or if they need additional information.

this was to NBC Lee's Summit

01/22/2021 I've got on the mail a second letter stating that they reused my finger prints.... status online didn't changed at all, and yes I was upset, sad, frustrated, confused, mad, etc... but nothing that i could do at this time.

02/08/2021 We ordered your new card.

On February 9, 2021, we approved your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxx. We sent you an approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your approval notice by February 24, 2021, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I'll be more than happy to reply to any questions but i think it's all clear on what i wrote, stay positive!! they really test you patient and feelings.

Texas USCIS SR reply, any similar experiences?
This is USCIS's reply to my I751 SR: "The processing of your I-751 is within our current processing time. Please see our Web site at www.uscis.gov for processing times."
The processing time on their website is 22 months and I am at the 24 months waiting.

Is there another processing time that I am not aware of? Am I missing something here?

Question on Steps for Filing
Hello,

My GC expired in May and am in the process of filing the I-751. I downloaded the I-751 form, filled it to the best of my knowledge, gathered all supporting documents(Lease, Bank Statement, Health & Auto Insurance Statements, Birth Certificate of the baby & a few photos together) & will get two Money Orders(1 each for $595 & $85) followed by mailing all the documents.
Is it all that is needed for this process? I did not find any information about having to send a return label or file any other forms as part of this process. A common friend mentioned that I may have to file another form but wasn't sure what it was. I checked everywhere and there was no mention of anything as such.
Also, approximately how long will it take for me to receive a receipt number after mailing the document. Will USICS mail the 18-month extension document along with the receipt or do I have to request that extension separately?
Your inputs are highly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.
