I-751 Card Being Produced - CSC California
I just got the notification that my card is being produced after 19 months of waiting.
- Application: 2019/29/06
- received i-797 about a week after (just expired a couple of weeks ago actually)
- applied with an attorney
- no waiver
- Documents: can't remember exactly but something like: joint title on home, past joint leases, joint car insurances,
some family/vacation photos, utility bills, joint phone bill, joint health insurance, etc..
- fingerprints taken: 2020/02/07
- long silence
- card in production: 2021/05/02
California service center seems to be picking up, so stay patient and good luck :)

I-751 filed definition
Hi guys,
I was reading in the USCIS glossary to understand what would be “filing to early” but couldnt answer my question; this are the details:
My 2 year green card expires this April 30th 2021 so the earliest I could filed was January 30th 2021, according to the 90 days calculation in uscis web site.
I sent my paperwork on January 31st and they received it the 2nd of February (FedEx notify me).
The catch is that we signed the form with the date of January 29th (one day before the 90 day rule)
MY QUESTION will be: the filling date is when uscis received the form or the date you put on the form when you signed it?

California filling WACxxxxxxxxxx approved!!!
My journey is finally over. I would like to share my experience because this forum has helped get through with all the process from i485 where I had to wait about 18 months to get interview date and now the i751. I know the waiting game is crazy but believe me if you put it all in God and asked Him you will see miracle.
Timeline i751:
8/2/2020 : Paperworks sent out (btw I used a lawyer to prepare all my paperworks)
8/3/2020 : Status changed that my paperwork was received by USCIS.
8/11/2020 : I got my receipt letter with 18 months extension.
1/5/2021 : Status changed to we transfer your case to another office.
1/11/2021 : Received a letter stating the reason they tranfered my case. It was for “standard processing” and it was transferred to Lee Summit.
02/01/2021 : Status changed to “ we ordered your new card” ( omg I was like its this for real because from I have been reading in this forum usually people will get fingerprint done first but I have not get that notification yet. So I dont want it to good to be true so I called my lawyer and he confirmed that status means my case is approved already).
Then at the same day 3 hours later, status changed again to “ Fingerprint relating to your case xxxxxxx was taken.
02/02/2021 : itssss official!!!! Status changed to “we approved your form I-751.....” ( God is good all the time)
02/04/2021 : Status changed to “ card was mailed to me”
Thank you all of you guys for sharing all the experience, I wish all the best luck with everything for whoever is still waiting. I know how stressful it is not knowing and the long wait...but put God in everything, and believe in Him that everything will be just fine.

TRAVELING WITH EXPIRED GREEN CARD AND EXTENSION LETTER
Has anyone here travelled outside US with an expired green card with an extension letter? I want to travel outside and by the time I come back my green card will be expired. My dear is the airline boarding me when I want to come back to US from my home country. Has anyone got the experience?

Moving to Arizona || Please answer my question
Hello everyone,
I am planning to move to Arizona next month. My case is pending since 02/2019, so by the end of this month, it will be 2 years wait.
What will happen to my case when I move, would it be delayed more than this? and what USCIS office will have jurisdiction over my case. My case now is in Texas. Does it stay in TX or it will be moved to Arizona or California?
After moving, apart from filing AR11 and letting my useless lawyer know that I am moving, is there anything else to do?

Has someone had a similar experience before? I’m just curious to know. My case went from mew card is being produced to case was approved back to new card is being produced but changed back to fingerprint was applied as at today. It looks like it is a system glitch happening ? Please respond so I know there are similar situations or glitches or something.

I 751 rfe
Uscis send me rfe on 10/6/2020 and they received my rfe on 11/10/2020. It’s bin 87 days since they said they received it and i haven’t heard any thing since . Does anyone on here has similar time line as mines?

I751 waiting time
I applied i751 on January 2019 and it’s been 25 months now still no update. From April 2019 it is showing as “ case is ready to be scheduled for an interview “. I have seen people who had applied in 2020 and so fast they are getting there cases approved . How is this possible???
It’s been already 25 months wait and I had called USCIS so many times to inquire about the case but it’s of no use.
Can anyone suggest me any other alternatives so that this wait time can finally end. Thanks

18 months expiry approaching
Please guys, my first 18 months extension letter will expire on May 7th, 2021. When can I request for another extension ? Case was transferred to my local office for the past 4 months and it’s been saying “ Case ready for an interview” for the whole 4 months now. Applied as joint petition and recently amended it to a waiver based on divorce . My case looks complicated . My concern is that the 18 months expiry he May 7th. When can I request for another extension please ?
