I-751 filing related question,
I just received my conditional GC today in the mail. We had our interview last month (sponsored thru US citizen spouse).

How long before the expiration of the card can we apply for removal of conditions ? And what if we are waiting on the application if it's pending based on slow timelines ? Can I continue working at that point ? Just wanted to prepare ourselves.

No notification and I-797 receipt after filed I-751 form package to USCIS PHOENIX Lockbox on 12/26/2020
Hello , does anyone have a same situation as mine ? my Conditional green card will expired at 2/21/2021, check is not cashed ,i still did not receive anything updating about my application since package was delivered to phoenix lockbox 12/26/2020. in addition, i am aware that the part 7 of form i-751 should be signed by me not my husband, petitioner is the Conditional green card holder, i probably made a mistake. USCIS must return my i-751 form package sooner or later. should i resend a i-751 form with a lots of copied documentations or choose resume wait ?

I know everyone's situation is different and I'm praying for all of you to get your approvals asap, especially for those who've been waiting a while.
I may be wrong but I believe with Biden being sworn in alot of cases have been approved since the 20th, it seems as though things are moving faster. if this is truly so I really hope it continues and everyone starts to get there approval notice.
dont loose hope your time is coming.
stay safe and be blessed.

12/23/2020 - We transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case.
This was part of 'Standard' processing. Many others have received a notice of transfer to 'Speed up processing'
