Biometric appointments :11/13/19,
fingerprints taken and Applied to I485 and I-765 : 11/14/19
RFE on tax transcript: 12/04/19
RFE response received: 01/03/20
I-485 Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview : 01/16/20 but no update so far
I-765 We Ordered your new card :02/04/20
i-765 Case Approved : 02/05/20
I-131 Case Approved: 02/05/20

Hey guys! I’ve raised an SR without any hope but I’ve also read cases where they seemed to have an answer/reaction from USCIS. Anyone have had/heard of an SR experience after being outside of processing time?

Laid Off , EAD Help !!
I have a question regarding my wife H4 - EAD Extension.
Brief Summary of the situation :
My employment was affected with the recent layoffs in Bay Area and I am in the process of looking for jobs both within my current organization (where I got laid off from) and outside as well. My employment last date is March 31, 2020 and after which I will have 2 more months from USCIS to find a job.
My wife’s H4 EAD is eligible for renewal as her EAD card is set to expire on 07/31/2020. My wife recently started working
In this condition how does it affect her H4 EAD extension:
We are thinking of filling for her H4 EAD Extension this coming week so if we proceed with it and I change my employer and my H1B transfer process starts then what happens to her EAD renewal application?
Should we file for her EAD extension now or should we wait for my employment to get settled because that will include H1-B transfer/amendment + fingerprinting for H-4.
The goal is to have my work with her new employer without interruption due to processing times.
Please let me know your thoughts on this

"New card is being being produced" - CSC-Aug14

Happy to share with you - finally I got the message/mail "New Card is being Produced".
Timeline as follows..
Aug 14 19 - Receipt date
Dec 30 19 - 1st Expedite Request Raised
Jan 6 20 - Sent the evidence through e-mail
Jan 17 20- Reply for Expedite Request - "Guidelines applicable to requests for expeditious processing cannot be met when the case in question is already under review. According to our records, your file is currently with an officer and being considered."
Jan 23 20-1st SR.
Jan 24 20 -Reply for SR "Got the reply - "Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.
*** In the meantime - The processing time increased from 6 -8 months to 7 to 8.5 months..:):)
Feb 5 20 -
Morning - Tried raising SR but it did not allow me to raise one.
Afternoon - Got an e-mail "New Card is Being Produced".
Waiting for the card to be in my hand to get back to work again!!

Any November 2019 filers CA or NBC waiting for EAD? Or even got it?😄

New card produced today
I am so happy finally my ead was produced and mailed today. My pd date is oct 21st nbc. My i485 is still at fingerprints received. Anyone know when I should expect a change? My field office is Nyc not sure if production or ead means that it’s moving quickly.
