RD: 07/24/2019 (I-765, I-485)
Biometrics:09/04/2019
Expedite request : 11/20/2019 no response
2nd expedite: 12/24/2019
Expedite denied: 01/22/2020
Case is ready to schedule for interview:02/06/2020
Case scheduled for interview:02/07/2020
No EAD so far most likely I might get the green card before work permit who knows

Any September 2019 filers for EAD based on AOS from marriage. Any words on EADs? Interviews scheduled?

Good morning all,
I called USCIS yesterday and expedite my I 765, I received an email this morning that my case is currently under review and I should get a response shortly. I dont know if this is good news or I will be disappointed. Anyone with similar experience or know anything please share.

Use GC EAD while on F1
I am on F1 visa and doing masters. Got married to USC in Sep 2019 and file AOS in Oct 2019. I have recived combo card (EAD and AP) in Feb 2020. Oct 2019 to March 2020 I took semester break. Now it is time to register class. But DSO is saying I can not continue F1 visa if I use GC EAD which I didn't use yet.
She is suggesting withdraw from school and use EAD. Take admission again when I will get GC to complete study. OR I can continue study and do not use EAD/AP.
I need suggestion if anyone face similar issue.
Is it advisable to withdraw from school? If I withdraw my sevis will be terminated. In that case does it affect my GC interview or decision?
or I should wait 2-3 month for interview. Status changed in Dec 2019 that case is ready to be scheduled for interview.
