How many of you from August PD are still waiting for any update at all after fingerprints update? August 02 PD, no update. Married to LPR.
This is getting so annoying day by day seeing that there is no order in which the cases are processed. There are people from November, December getting their interview schedule and EAD but people even from May are waiting still.

I received another update today that my interview was scheduled and a notice was sent. I will update once I get the notice. No updates on EAD or EAD SR
Anyone know if they will make determination on the I130 at the same time?
RD - I130 - 12/02/2018 - Pending, moved from California to another jurisdiction 09/2019.

L2 EAD processing time and apply EAD while case is recieved
My L1 extension is approved on 4th feb 2020. I have applied premium processing for extension. My spouse L2 extension is showing recieved only. How much time will it take to get approval nowadys? Can I apply EAD now for my spouse even if the L2 petition case is pending. Is there any other way to get L2 extension soon ? Or will we travel to India and will do visa stamping and get new I94 for my wife while coming back?

01/06/20 - Contacted local Congresswoman
01/10/19 - Congresswoman’s office informed me that they’ve contacted USCIS on my behalf
01/13/20 - Update stating they’ve received my additional information and are reviewing it
01/13/20 - Contacted USCIS Ombudsman
01/14/20 - I485 Request for Initial Evidence sent
01/22/20 - USPS delivered my response to RFE
01/24/20 - “We received your response to RFE”
01/29/20 - Received notification that Ombudsman has contacted USCIS on my behalf

01/31/20 - Set of messages about referral number being assigned and completed

AOS EAD Expedite - Name was Updated Status
Hi Everyone,
I hope someone has some insights here, I submitted to have my expedite EAD request on Jan 21st and received a letter asking for additional information to support my case, I have now submitted the information and noticed that my case online changde from "Expedite Received" to "Name was updated"
Does anyone know what this means or what the next steps are?
