Hi Guys,
I am really worried and need some answers. My last H1B extension petition was approved and valid until Nov 2021 but as per my entry and employer calculation my 6 year Max out period is ending by 22 December 2020(in 2 weeks) . So my employer said I cant work anymore after 6year max out.
Can I really not work every if I have valid approved petition? Can I move to another company with this petition?
I got married to USC and have submiited my documents for i485, i765 and i130 in October 2020. So if I can not work, can I still stay in the US ? My attorney who submitted the marriage related documents said I dont need to go out to US and i will have no issues staying here

EAD renewal with pending I-485

Biometrics appointment not assigned yet
Hi guys, i am married to a USC, I did my entire application including i485, i765, i 130.etc
USCIS gave me my receipt notice on July 2nd 2020
Today is December 3rd 2020 i still have not received my biometrics appointment.
The USCIS representative told me that they submitted a biometrics services request on November 18th 2020.
However up until now i have not heard anything back, I wanted to find out what else can i do besides waiting.
Please kindly share your experiences thanks

Hello i got some questions.
1. Is there a renewal fee for i-765 if i’m waiting for my i-485?
2. my i-765 expire may 2021, when is the best time to renew it. Or does USCIS notifies me prior to expiring?
3. Can someone forward me the renewal application on the USCIS website.

no response from NBC almost getting close to 6 months
Applied for i-485 adjustment of status, currently on H1B expiring on May-13th 2021
i-765 : June 5, 2020 application received by NBC
i-485 :June 16, 2020 fingerprint fee for your Form I-485 received
no response after that.

Received by Chicago lockbox October 16
Received text with receipt number on November 26.
The text says your case was received on Nov 19.
so basically it took them more than a month just to open the mail and start working on the case.

I'm married to a USC, and we submitted the AOS on May 27th(I 485, I130 and I 765). We got out receipt in June, and got an I 693 deficiency letter in July.
Any idea when they might set up a biometric appointment? I was thinking I would atleast given the biometrics, and my I 765 would be in process.
Getting a little nervous. I'm on H1B
