Did bio- 9/1 after an hour it was added to case online status
9/2- ready to be scheduled for interview
9/3- my EAD combo card was mailed me
9/8- my lawyer called me this morning that they got my card. I’m picking it up tomorrow 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼😱😱

VAWA work permit
Hello,
I was married to a US citizen. I have filed Vawa through a lawyer and my file reached there in first week of June 2020. They had sent I-360, 485 and 765 all together. I got letter dated July 17 for finger print on August 8, 2020 for work permit. I did get fingerprinted. Also on July 27 they issue another letter for request for additional evidence on my I-360 case. They basically asked for police clearance from my parent country. Does getting this RFE will put on hold the work permission case too or the EAD processing will not stop? Any idea on that?

How many receipt numbers for combo renewal do you get it from USCIS?
I didn’t get actual receipt mails yet but I just received a text message from USCIS and it has only one receipt number starting with IOE. I sent EAD/AP combo renewal. So I expected two receipt numbers but I have only one. Do I get two receipt numbers for the combo card renewal or one?

My EAD is valid till January 10, 2021, can I travel after I apply for renewal ?

Physical abused proven by a pic ( do i need a hospital letter or pic is enough? )
financial proven by ( documents and statements and texts )
Mental proven by ( Psychologist )
Emotional proven by ( pics and videos and text that she been with another man and get pregnant by him )
And I have more then 5 letter by friends and Neighbors
Are those enough? To Success case ?
My other question while I’m married to US do I Qualify for C9 to get the work permit in 120 ( my lawyer said I do qualify) but some people here they said they will return it to change it to C31 ?
So all I need rn the work permit what you guys think about my case ,? And can I get the work permit in 120 days or Maximum 6 months?

EAD renewal tied to I-94 expiration?
I sent my I-485 and I-140 applications back in November 2019. Biometrics done in December 2019. I sent my EAD renewal application a month ago (received on 7/31/2020). My current EAD expires in December and my I-94 in April next year. I was wondering if the EAD renewal is only given through the I-94 expiration date or that is not relevant. If it is relevant, and if it is only extended through the I-94 expiration date, what happens then? I guess you are not allowed to work anymore, but are you allowed to stay while your AOS is pending? Thank you!

Hello All,
My I765 status changed to "case was approved" on 08/31/2020. How many days it takes to update "card was mailed to me" and when can I possibly receive my EAD on hand? Also, "case was approved" on 08/31/2020 will be the starting date of my EAD?
Please share your suggestion and experience.
