EAD combo card expiring
My combo card is expiring and my lawyer is asking me for $ 1100 dollars which i dont have it at all , i am on a strict budget right now , i have some questions to ask .
1. is there any fee to from uscis to file the renewal of the combo card ?
2. will it be a good idea to file the renewal by my self , and do i have to inform my lawyer that i will be filling it myself .
3. what documents do i need to file it , please share maximum details .

Did anyone apply for SSN recently. What is the procedure and how much time is it taking?
I applied for new SSN with my EAD application. I have received EAD card 2 weeks before but did not receive SSN. I called SSA office and they said there is no record for my name. I thought of going to SSA directly but he said that without appointment we will not be allowed. For appointment he transferred my call to auto answer machine where I gave my contact info. I am not sure if he will call me back.

I am about to complete my I-765 renewal form for C9 category. It would be really helpful if any of you could help me with the questions below.
1) Should I fill the category as C9 or C09 in the box of I-765 form?
2) Do all the C9 category i-765 renewal form need to go to Chicago location?
3) Is there a filling fee for C9 I-765 renewal form? My I-485 is pending interview scheduled.

I sent EAD renewal docs to the Chicago lockbox in October.
Received by USCIS (as per USPS tracking) on 10/16
I have not received any receipt yet.

It has been over 10 weeks since my I-765 and I-131 were approved and I have not heard anything else from USCIS.
DETAILS BELOW:
My spouse filed our I-130 on June 23.
Then I filed my I-485, I-131, and I-765 on August 8.
My I-131 and I-765 were approved on August 28 and I received an approval notice in the mail for both.
But I have received no word since then from USCIS and have filed several inquiries with them. How long does it take to receive the EAD with the advance parole endorsement in the mail? Do I have to go in for biometrics before they issue the EAD?
My work visa expires on Jan 2, 2021 so I am getting quite nervous that I won't have my EAD before then 😕
