There telling me to do it and have it for when my interview is schedule.

No response from USCIS
Hey guys, I sent a request to expedite my EAD on 27th of November and 4th of December so it’s almost been a month but I have not heard anything back from the Uscis at all, not even a request for evidence, the case status just says that my request has not been assigned to anyone so far. It’s so frustrating.
Has any of you submitted an EAD expedite request recently? If so how long did it take? Also if anyone is on the same boat as I am, how was the experience, is there anything you did to expedite the ead expedite request? Please help thank you

I received my RFE this morning and USCIS ask me to submit a copy of my Birth Certificate which I did when I filed in OCt 15.
Is it a way to slow the process down or they? Did they lose it or what?

EAD after i485 is ready for interview
Hi Guys,
I don't know if anyone knows how long will they issue an EAD card if my i485 status changed to "ready to schedule an interview"?
I understand when i485 is ready for interview means they are transfering your i485 to your local office, but our local office takes very long to process i485 11-14 months. EAD will stay in NBC. But is there a pattern if i485 is ready to schedule an interview means they are going to issue EAD soon?

Hi guys,
I have been silently reading all the posts, and I really think I am on a longer waiting end. Wonder how many people are experience the same timeline. I filed I-765 at the same time as I filed I-485. Filed I-130 first then spouse became citizen, after which point I filed I-485.
Receipt Date: 05/31
Finger Print Approved: 07/10
No update on the case status, until two weeks later the language changed and said "Case was updated to reflect finger prints are taken" - which is the same info, but said in a different way...
Anyone who experiences the same timeline? Please let me know as I'd like to how abnormal my case is. People who filed much later seems to got their EAD already. One day away from submitting outside processing time inquiry.... Thank you.

Case received: October 10
Center: Vermont
Type: L2 EAD (first time application)
Total wait time: Less than 3 months.

Lawfully
Morning, People so I have been looking into lawfully app and based on it my case was probably going to process between Nov 18 -Dec 19 now it change to after Jan 18 this is why I had say in a previous experience . Not to rely on the app too much.
