Case gone backwards? May 13 RD
Guys, please help. My EAD status has gone from “fingerprint review was completed” to “case updated to show fingerprints were taken”. It has gone backwards!!!! I can’t take this. What the h does that mean?! My RD is May 13, 7 months today. Why?!!!!!

Ok so I got an update on my case today as follows
(Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken)
As of August 20th
Note that my fingerprints were taken on 08/19/2019
And got an updtae on the next day 08/20/2019
( Case Was Updated to show fingerpring we’re taken AND CASE IS IN PROCESS)
Notice only thing change was (AND CASE IS IN PROCESS)
What does these mean anyways.

Adjudicate EAD
Hi
I have submitted an expedite request via Congressman for my E2 EAD.
They have responded saying our expedite request has been received and the Vermont Service Center have agreed to adjudicate this request - what does this mean? Does this mean expedite has been approved and the EAD is being progressed or does it mean they are waiting to hear re expedite?

Card/Document production
Yesterday I finally got an update on my I-765 application. After following the testimonies in this forum it was hard to predict what would happen. When there is no real order and it seems that your case can be skipped the insecurity just grows. I did notice that in the past month or so, cases that have had their i-485 updated to "case ready to be scheduled for interview" would get their I-765 approved after 1 to 2 months. This is what happened to me: 48 days after the status change in the I-485 my I-765 status changed to new card being produced. There were no updates prior to that, just case received. Anyway, there is no science in this process, but sometimes it helps to have a general idea of what's going on.
My timeline, marriage to USC, NBC, applied from Baltimore, MD:
08/09 - Case received 485, 130, 131, 765
08/13 - Biometrics scheduled notice
09/03 - Biometrics appointment
10/25 - 485 update to "case is ready to be scheduled for interview"
12/12 - 765 new card is being produced
12/12 - 131 and 765 case approved and notice sent
Now I am waiting for the card to be delivered. Based on other people's experience it should take up to a week. Can't wait to visit my family in the beginning of January!

Incompetence
Is USCIS really that imcompetent? I spoke to a tier 2 officer obviously that didn’t help, them my husband all called then asking about my I-130 as well turns out they hadn’t even upgraded that he was now a citizen and that coincided with my application so basically they were still thinking I’m married to a green card holder? Wtf I’m so irritated what kind of system do they run? They of all people should know that since they swore him in. Now that explains why they were moving at snails pace smh
