Hi Guys,
Here is my timeline. Tomorrow will be 4 months after filing. I don't know if we should expedite EAD again, or just wait. I do see quite a few people said for 4-month filer should wait in stead raising another expediate. It should be anytime soon. Our i485 status is ready to schedule an interview (however, i am in a state i485 process is very long).

11/21 expedite
11/26 expedite denied
12/13 i485 is ready to schedule an interview
no EAD updating. But I notice the AP (I131) status went backwards. It was 9/12 finger print review complete to 8/19 file is received. Does it mean they are looking at our file?

Request for initial evidence
Hey team I checked on trace tracker and found this Request for Initial Evidence on i485 and i130 does it slow down EAD card process I have waiting not working or driving it’s killing me, looking good outside dying inside. Anyone knows about this situation?

Disbelief
At a point where I feel like I will never see an update on my case. I’ve logged in so many times to see the same old status that it makes it seem like that’s how it’s going to stay.
Some days I have to question myself to make sure the date I am seeing on the calendar is correct...Idk what other words to use anymore just complete and utter disbelief...

And my expedite rejected for the 2nd time without asking for evidence and without providing any update on my case.
And on the another hand I see so many cases getting approved with PD later than my date.
I am loosing my patience and hopes and feels helpless.

Hi all,
Does anyone who filed H4/H4 EAD in July/August receive approval notice recently? Please share your timeline.
We filed H1, H4, H4 EAD 8/28.
Expedite request 12/13
Expedite denied 12/17
I contact to one of the live-chat agent and was told I have to wait for another 30 days before i can do another expedite request. I've already waited for 111 days. Then It will be almost 5 months before I can submit another request. I was told 7 months is normal processing time now. I am wondering if anyone got approved before 5 months in California Service Center.

New card is being produced: Dec 17, 2019
I raised a service request two weeks ago as mine was outside of processing time frame.
These 7.5 months have been very frustrating for me. Now the wait is over. I will update when i receive our cards in hands.

Ead expedite
Hi guys, so my current ead under f1 opt was expiring in Dec 9th so I filed for EAD expedite under i485 pending on Nov 27th but did not hear back from USCIS asking for proof or anything. I contacted my Senator’s office so but didn’t hear back from them as well after they promised me to contact the Uscis. So i chat with online representative on Dec 4th and they submitted another expedite request for me but so far, nothing. The case status says it hasn’t been assigned to an officer yet for expedite. I even contacted the Ombudsman’s office but nothing again.
I contacted uscis again and they just told me to wait and I cannot do anything about it since it’s pending so my question is how long does it normally take for Uscis to contact me after I submit a request. Is there anyway to make this process easier? I already lost my job and it’s been very frustrating. Please help!

I sent them evidence for expedite on 11/21. and after a month, today,
I just got update and they said they need more information regarding
"SEVERE FINANCIAL LOSS"
Should I have to send them our company's P/L?
and my PD date is June 3rd and its also Outside of Processing.
I just submitted SR and expected to receive a response by Jan 8th. lol
Are they kidding? Can't they just approve it? wow I am so done.
