PD - March, 22
Biometrics - mid-April,
Case is ready for the interview - August, 8
filed 3 status requests (2 online and 1 on the phone with a representative) and all were completely ignored.
Filed address change online
New card is being produced - October, 18
Card was picked up by USPS - October, 22
Now waiting for it.

I did my interview last Saturday. Interview went well and we were asked few questions. My status changed to interview scheduled and case must be reviewed. Does anyone know how long it’s gonna take to get approval ?

Please I am family based, USCIS ask for joint sponsor, I did provide every document and it shows they receive my evidence. They sent me RFE on June 27 and deadline was august 30th.
On august 30th they received my evidence.
Package deliver 3/3/2019.

Resubmitting application
Hi,
January filler here.
Had Biometrics in February.
Status hasn't change since then, now my lawyer is telling me that even if i get the EAD card it will expire right away, and he wants me to submit documents for EAD and GC again.
this seems kinda strange to me. Why would i submit it again? it didn't got declined or anything.
What do you guys think?

L2 and EAD applied together
Hi,
I filed for L2 and EAD together on Oct 24. The processing time for EAD is 3 weeks to 5 months and that for L2 is 7-9 months. Does that mean that I have to wait for 7-9 months to get my EAD? Or will they process L2 with EAD on the EAD timeline?

Finally, I can share my timeline here:
5/3 - Receipt date, Vermont Service Center, E1 dependent renewal
8/10 - Raised expedite request via congressman with the reason of a potential job loss
8/16 - Expedite request has been denied
10/8 - Raised SR for being "out of processing time"
10/16 - Card is being produced
10/17 - Case has been approved
10/18 - Sent out for shipping
10/22 - Card has been delivered to me
I wish you all who are waiting only the best. It really has been a tough time. Finger crossed for all of you. Fortunately, my employer has kept my position for 8 weeks and I can go back to work tomorrow.
