Hey everyone,
I’ve request to have my case be expedite a week ago, I got a referral number but I didn’t get any notice yet, the level 2 representative told me that I would receive a email as soon they accept/denied my request. How long you guys waited for the receipt notice?! I’m getting mad and so frustrated with the whole process, I am waiting for my EAD since December 2018...

Feb filler
Hi, anyone from Feb still waiting on his/her EAD? USCIS received my marriage based application on 02/11, I raised 2 SR, submitted an expedite request, with no results. Nothing!

My timeline
Decided to tell you about my timeline.
NBC, Houston TX, Marriage based.
March, 22 - PD
Apr, 26 - Fingerprint review was completed
Aur, 7 - Case is ready to be scheduled for interview
Filed 3 status requests (1 for 765, one for 131 later) and one more for 765 again on the phone with the call center. Filed 3 times because the estimation time was moving and first "out of time" I got late August.
None of them were answered. I'd say ignored.

I485: Pending almost 18 month
I 765 (EAD) Reneval: filled April 2019 and its also pending.
I have filled my I485 in May 2018 from Fremont CA, and received my EAD in first week of November 2018.
In October 22nd USCIS cancelled my interview saying that no available slots.
I change my address with USCIS from Fremont CA to San Jose CA in 2019.
My EAD expires in November 4th 2019.
Question: Now I am living at my unlces place with my wife, Do I need any notorized address proof in
interview from uncle ?
Question: Is anyone like me waiting in San jose ?
Question: Can I work after EAD expires ? and If Yes how many days ?

I really apologise for writing here, but I'm also waiting for my EAD that was expedite on Oct 09, and I didn't hear from them yet.
However I would like to ask you all.. how do you drive been an Alien in this beautiful country while waiting for the EAD or for the visa?
I'm sorry but I'm waiting for my EAD Card, and I have tried to get my drivers license here in TN but I'm not allowed to get one. They said that I need to wait for my EAD or for my visa. I really need to my EAD but I definitely need to drive also. I just to have an idea how you, all, are driving while waiting for EAD or for the visa?

10/01: Expedite request rejected
10/08: New card is being produced
10/09: Case was approved
10/10: Card was picked up by the USPS - tracking number
10/12: Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office
