Receipt Number for Biometrics
I have a question my husband got the form I-797C for his appointment of Biometrics on 9/30/19. He did go to the appointment. My question is do I have to enter that letter in the case on line to get updates or no need as this covers both I-765 and I-485? We have not heard anything about his fingerprints even being completed it is now 11 days.

Interview was done August 29th, no response or online update yet. On Monday, EAD card was mailed, but haven't gotten it yet. How long does it usually take to get it and social security?

I just wanted expedite my i765 , but they change i485 status. Do u think they understand my expedite wrong?

E3D EAD May Filer
Hi,
We have applied for my wife E3D-EAD on May 6th,2019 and it was sent to California Centre.
Later in September they updated the case that it was transferred to Vermont.
Now as per processing times past May6th date, still there is not update on the case nor i can open and e-request.
When i try to open a e-request i get this message "Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time"
Can someone guide me on what else we can do to know the status and submit an e-request.
We have been waiting since 5 months and this is frustrating...!!
Any help is much appreciated.

08/05/19 - Biometrics appointment completed
09/11/19 - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" on USCIS site
Still waiting on interview date but is it normal to get that notification first before getting any updates on the work permit/combo card? It has now been 4 months since I filed and am constantly stressed about money problems since we are living on only my wife's income. Anyone else waiting this long or more? Anyone out there that got their work permit approved faster than 4 months?

I'm very frustrated, short story:
I'm in a whatsapp group with more than 25 people, all in my same immigrant status and elegibility category. I was one of the first filing my i-765 form, USCIS received it on August 3rd; I help all that whatsapp group to file that form, they sent it later than me, a couple of them even with big mistakes like sending it without signature or important documents (USCIS contacted them and they were able to correct it), other guy filed the form just 3 weeks ago.
Well, they all already have the work permit or have been approved and their cards are being processed!!! But me!!! Here I am waiting, nothing has changed after August 3rd: case was received.
Do you think this is normal? Being the first filing the form and the only one who hasn't received anything yet??
I called USCIS, they told me that if it doesn't take more thant five months and a half I can't do anything but wait.
