We changed our address in July and actualized it with USCIS, but, my husband's biometry appointment wasn't delivered in our new address and so he made his biometry with the letter received by our lawyer's office.
In Sep/25, 5 days after we have made the biometry, USCIS informed: "the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION"
But, on the same day, at 1:30 AM, we woke up with an email, related to his I-765. Does it mean it is approved? But, at "my case" website it just shows: "Document Was Mailed To Me".

Feb 27th, 2019. Got married
May 18th, sent all our documents for i-485,i-130 and i-765
May 31st, received by USCIS
June 05th, Receipt notice arrived (I-797c)
June 18th, Biometrics appointment notice
July 2nd, Biometrics done
..... waiting time......
Sept 26th, status updated to: new card being produced
Sept 27th, scream of joy because it was when i noticed!
Sept, 28th, status updated to: case was approved
Sept, 30th, status: new card is being mailed
Oct, 1st, new card was picked up by usps and tracking number given
Oct, 2nd, EAD in hand!!!
PD: I never got an email or text, I just logged in weekly or every 4 days to check.
Wishing you the best and I hope all of you get your cases approved as soon as possible!

Running out of options nov 2018 filer
So 318 days since receipt date.... did 2 SR second got answered that my case is under review. Asked Ombudsman help got answer 3 weeks later that uscis told them that my case is “under active review” It will be 30 days tomorrow since I filed second SR. Should I file another or anyone can recommend me some other option????

The last 2 forms were filed on 9/1/19 due to lack of funds but did include the I-797 of the I-130 and things moved super fast with a Biometric appointment of 17 days of receipt I hope this is a good thing.

This to me is super fast or Filling office is NBC I am now wondering if my husband will even get his EAD or will the interview just pop up any time now. We have been married for 5 years and just filed this year maybe that has something to do with the fast appointment.
