271 days since I apply for an I485 (c9), I765 , I130 silence radio from USCIS. USCIS does not even answer to service request over 2 months. But because I am K2 and 22 years old and I was denied last year, fail to respond to an RFE. My lawyer doesn't want to raise another Service request, for I don't get a denial. But my mom married within 90 days and got a Green card 10 years, should I be okay.

Can somebody that already got an expedite request accepted to please tell me how long does it take to process after they give you the Expedite Request Received status?

Last week I got the notification they got my response to the RFE.
How long do you think it will take after that before you get an answer?
The RFE was for I-485, and my second SR said they can't work on my I-765 until they get the response in.
Now it's been 9 months for me and I'm losing my mind. I'm happy for people getting their EAD but I also start to lose hope, feeling that all the freedom is taken from me.
I've never felt so lost, low and useless ever in my life. Ant other December filers still waiting?

TWO EADS at a time (Marriage based EAD, F1 OPT-EAD)

My online status says interview scheduled. How soon will I receive the notice. And how soon will the actual interview happen. Still no sign of ead which is strange I thought ead comes before the gc. Please let me know. Thanks guys

Just wanted to give an update on my case. My sibling and I actually are going through the same process. We're both doing AOS through marriage to a USC. Filed in SF. Handled through NBC.

Both of us didn't expedite i765. Even withe bother i765 and I131 were approved, our online status for I131 is still case received.
I had to do two SR though since my biometrics appointment took way longer to receive. Once I did get the biometrics appointment I decided to just do an early walk in the week before and got it completed. From that point on everything moved faster. Actually got ead quicker than my sibling based on our PD dates.
We'll see who gets the interviews scheduled first. Timing seems to be all over the place.

i have my interview on Oct 29th and on the interview letter they ask to bring a governement-issued photo idenfication , i just got my EAD and not get yet my ssn card to do my ID card. with your experience can anybody plz tell me if i can get in the immigration office building with my foreign passport or having a state ID card is mandatory ?

I received my ead card on 9-25-19 but not my travel document ( the card does not have advance parole a note on the bottom ) do you know how long more I have to wait to get my AD permit document?
