i sent an expedite request "severe financial loss" today i receive an email asking to sent proof
what should i include?

Today september 19 almost at midnight i got the email confirmation that my ead card is being produced, my pd is 05/03/2019 citizen of the Ecuador, married to US citizen,filled in dallas texas, I even got a RFIE for my birth certificate, case ready to be schedule interview since august 05 2019 now waiting for interview

L2 EAD 137 days Not Recieved
My wife submitted her EAD Application in the month of May 2019.
But so far she has not got her EAD
Application submitted : 28 April 2019
Recieved acknowledgment: 3rd May 2019
Now if she tries to raise a service request on the portal it says "your application is not out of time frame you cannnot raise a service as of now".
I suppose the timeline is 90 days does any one had a similar experience. Is there anything we can do
to expedite the process or get an update?

90 day rule
Hi just got to know about the 90 day rule. Did anyone who got married before the 90 days elapsed recently go to a green card interview ? I filed in nov and I’m still without ead and interview date. Category c9

Today I got an update about my case. It says they are ready to schedule the interview. No news about the EAD yet. I'm touching the 4 month mark.

EAD - NBC Receipt Date 2/20/19
Hi all, I've had followed this forum for a while and read many of the experiences with the EAD processing. I understand that after submitting an expedition request and out of processing time inquiry, waiting and luck play a big role in whole nightmare. I am currently on my automatic 180-day extension (category c-9) and it is expiring on Oct 4. So far this is my timeline:
2/20: filed EAD application
2/22: received by USCIS
2/27: we are processing the fingerprints for your Form I-765. We will send any case updates or notices to the address you gave us.
After this one it went completely silent so I called and submitted an expediting request with a rep on 8/13. On 8/19, I received an email from them saying that I need to fax over supporting documents (I submitted severe financial loss as the criteria to expedite my case). I gathered all documents and faxed them over on 8/20. There was no movement on my case still and I faxed them again on 8/27, still no movement on my case until today. I called the USCIS Support line and as many stated in this thread, they are not really helpful and suggested me to wait. They also stated that there is usually no way for them to tell or notify if they receive my documents via fax.
I had also reached out to my Congressman office last week and the lady who is helping with my case said that they can submit an inquiry to follow up and also suggest to wait for 30 days. I really cannot afford to wait for 30 days because I would lose my current job by then. I am really losing hope and I feel like nobody would understand my frustration besides everyone in this thread. I really do not know what to do from now until I hear anything else besides hopelessly waiting and calling the USCIS helpline here and constantly checking my USCIS online account.
Since my Congressman office is not really trying as hard as i expected them to, should I contact my Senator office too? I had also looked up and found another option which is the Ombudsman office but I am not sure if this would help. I am running out of options but also do not want to give up and just wait, if you have experienced with Ombudsman's help, can you please advise? Thank you!
