They just received my evidence today. How long would it take to get EAD after responded to RFE? It was only original birth certificate.

After 180 days I have nothing!
I’m a March 1st filler and after 2 case inquiries for case out of normal processing time I still have no answer and they haven’t being assigned to an officer. Just called couple minutes ago and I had to control myself to not give that people a piece of my mind. They referred me to a higher level officer which didn’t do nothing for me because she just asked me to be patient. I HAVE NO MORE PATIENCE! I have been waiting for 6 months for my EAD and I have nothing. My profile just says in March 1st we received your case and no updates since then. I just feel angry, desperate and helpless.

March 8th Case Received.
H4 EAD stand-alone renewal.
Raised one SR on August 9th and completed on August 15th.
Raised two ER’s one on August 12th & August 19th.
Both of them completed on same day stating did not provide evidence.
Case approved August 30th approximately 175th day.

Just as I thought, our SR was not answered within 30 days. The rep on the phone created a new one. Looks like 30 more days of waiting with no answer for us.

How long does it take to receive a letter from USCIS after sending them EAD & AP Renewal application? I just need a letter stating that they have received my documents and they working on it so that i don’t loose my job in December.

Hi,
I filed 01/07 marriage based NBC from NYC and I'm beyond despair. This whole process has been so frustrating and my patience is over. I regret starting all this, it only got me depressed and I lost so much money and time
First update for EAD and AP: August 21nd: case approved
Received notice letter AND SSN card on August 26, I was so happy, been waiting for aaaages for an update...
my lawyer said EAD card should be here in a couple of days so I booked a ticket home bc I haven't seen my family and friends for so long... it was the best day ever... until...
as of today still no update on USCIS website, case still on approved not on card sent after 12 days... so I'm stressing out bc I booked those tickets for 09/10 but every day I fear more I won't be able to go after all...
I read here people get their case approved and their card in the mail within a week so I'm panicking, why not me? It's already frustrating enough people that filed in February or March (though good for them) have already an interview scheduled and I'm still waiting for an interview date (ready to be scheduled for interview since 06/030)
USCIS is just full of **** and what they do to us is pure torture and there is no logic in their system at all
anyone there in the same situation?

I am going nuts 283 days since they received my EAD application and all it says online is “case was received”. Is there anyone from 2018 that got their EAD approved recently????

Expedited EAD+AP request for outside of normal processing time
Hi, I filled my EAD+AP renewal in January 2019 but still no response. Submitted SR on July 30 but no response after waiting 30 days submitted 2nd SR and requested over Emma to expedite my request by explains financial loss etc. in request I can see they placed expedite request on EAD and AP both on August 29th but still no one assigned on request.
Any one know how many takes to get officer assigned and decision on expedite request ?
And I have to expedite dependents request as well or they will get covered in primary applicant expedite request.
