Is it normal to have a status, Fingerprint review and completed but i have receive RFE for an expedite? How can i confirm if NBC have receive my fax?

Expedited or not, New Card is Being Produced
Hello guys, I have just refreshed my app, and my EAD was approved and is at “New Card is Being Produced. My timeline:
Center: NBC

On 11 July I was offered a job in my field, so I call the office of my Congressman, since my husband and I live near DC ($$) they accepted to send off my expedited request to USCIS. The office of the Congressman was extra nice and explained the process/necessary documents to me. The expedited request was sent to USCIS by their office on 18 July.
On 30 July, the office of the Congressman advised me that USCIS hd agreed to expedite my EAD and that I should call USCIS the next day to ensure that no additional document was needed.
Between my phone call to USCIS and talking with my Congressman’s office, the processing time for NBC for EAD drastically changed, so when I called I inquired about my expedited request and about the updated processing time since my case was now outside processing time. When I called the nice agent said that she could not see my expedited request and that I should be transferred to a Tier 2 agent, she put in an SR and said to call back on the following day at 8 am to make sure I could talk to a Tier 2 agent. I called back the followig day, talked about the expedited request (which is totally not their office) and the even nicer agent said that he was going to have my case expedited because I had a job offer and that my case was now outside normal processing time.
Tonight, I updated my app and my card is now being produced. I have no idea what worked, and if it changed something or if they were just at my case in queue, but I am so happy to be getting my EAD in the next week.
Do it, be proactive!!! Worse case your lose your time and get told no, which is better then not trying.
I feel like the isolation (not being able to travel outside the U.S.) and not working, and moving further away (45 mins from my friends) made me sort of depressed, I hope that if someone else is feeling depressed that you do something for yourself, talk to someone, workout, have a schedule so you force yourself to get out of bed, etc. It is not fun.

EAD - Resent due to address issue
Hi,
I just went through a great ordeal to get my EAD card back. So wanted to share my experience hoping it might be of some use to anyone in a similar situation.
7/8: EAD approved
7/10: Out for delivery
I had requested for an address change with USCIS and also did mail forwarding with USPS as I was moving. (Remeber to never do this as USPS doesn't forward EAD cards)
7/10 Afternoon: EAD sent back
7/14 EAD moving to new destination
7/21 EAD delievered to Less Summit MO - Card distribution facility
Meanwhile I contacted USCIS several times and it was of no use. They can only start a case inquiry when the card status changes to EAD returned back to USCIS. So i suggest waiting till that.
7/24: Case status changed to EAD returned to USCIS. Initiated a inquiry with Tier-2 officer. Timeline given 2-3 months to resend the card.
7/25: Contacted my local congressman and sent an Email. I was quicky contacted by one of the officers, did formalitied by filling a form and gave in all the proofs of my case.
7/30 Case processed by USCIS.
8/1 Card returned back to my new address.
My suggestions:
First never request or change address during this process.
If unfrtnately the card is returned wait until its recieved by USCIS. Your efforts of contacting USCIS is futile untill the case status changes .
Contact USCIS and open an inquiry immediately once the status changes
Contact Local Congressman office and request them for expedition.
Keep your hopes hight. I have also read something about CIS Ombudsman which would be a last resort in case all the above efforts fail.

EAD-Fingerprint Review Was Completed
I have a marriage based green card application with 485, 765 and 131. My receipt date is 6/4/2019. Biometrics on 7/26/2019. Right now, the status of 765 says "Fingerprint Review Was Completed". Does anyone know how long do I still need to wait to receive the EAD? I am with National Benefits Center.

Hello,have been reading a lot of stuff on this platform but haven’t seen some one with my case type.pd is 08/02/18 and still haven’t heard anything even with a lot of SR tomorrow will make it 365 days and the last SR which was 07/25/19 hasn’t been assigned to an officer.

Case inquiry
Hey guys, as many of you already know, processing time from 6.5-8.5 at NBC changed yesterday and now it's 2.5-5 months. They are now on March 4th 2019. and I filled on February 19th 2019 for marrige based. So two question, my fellow February fillers, anything in that mailbox, or at least notification? And other question should I submitted case inquiry online for "outside of normal processing time" which it is. Or should I wait a little bit longer?

I've been seeing many people with RDs in January-end or beginning of February getting "card in production" notification this week.
Are there still many people with RD's in November, December or January left behind? Aren't they supposed to process the cases in the correct order? This whole thing makes absolutely no sense at all...
