PD for I 765, I31,485,130 was Nov 16 2019. I submitted inquiry about the I 131 and I 765 1 week ago. Nothing on case other than I 485 ready to schedule interview. The weird part is I filed same at same time for daughter, received I 512 3 weeks ago. Yet nothing on line shows that, still says case received even though I 131 complete.
My thiughts? They are swamped with 800,00 illegal entrants, doing best than can do. I know it is frustrating reading others are getting theirs sooner. Hang in there.

Finally card is being produced
been a silent reader and got some good news so decided to share. Case ready to be scheduled for interview July 17 and finally EAD card is in production July 24th. On July 19th I completed a service request online for my EAD am not sure if that helps the process.

Is it normal?
On july 24th it said “New card is being produced”
On july 25th it said “Case was approved” (regarding to my work permit)
Is that normal??? How soon will i get my card??? I didnt know the next status after they ordered my card would be that case was approved hmm i thought that should come first but ok. I hope everything goes right

FINALLY CARD IS BEING PRODUCED
OMG I have been waiting since January 9th and FINALLY MY CARD IS BEING PRODUCED on july 24th lol i had a feeling and checked before going to bed...im full of joy right now because this has been so frustrating for me. No expedition at all. Just waiting for 6 damn months lol can’t wait to receive my card!!!

I got a message stating the case was approved after 255 days ,How long do I have to wait to get the physical card ? Thanks

EAD/AP outside normal processing time
Hi. I filled my I-765 and I-131 on 10/22/2018. It’s been already 275 days after they received my case. On July 1 st I filled injury request of outside normal processing time. It showed that I should expect a reply by July 23. Today is July 24 and still nothing. Please give me some advice, how to make them already produce my card.

Some good news on AP
I had an InfoPass appointment today at Federal Plaza NYC for emergency advance parole (humanitarian reasons - my father has health issues) and they approved my advance parole on the spot, which is valid for 1 year and multiple re-entry.
My PD is Nov 28, so I am already out of normal processing time, which is why I think they approved my advance parole document rather than emergency single re-entry. The immigration officer reviewed the medical records and other documents I provided and was very reasonable and courteous. It was a huge relief, as I can finally travel and see my dad! It's been a stressful 8 months...
Another point the immigration officer brought up is that it looks like my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview, but there was no date assigned as yet. My status still says that my RFIE is under review, so I was very relieved to hear that there has been some progress.
Still waiting on my EAD, but I'm just so happy to have my AP!
