Hi, I am a Nov 2th filer of NBC center from NY.
(Marriage based)
Technically NBC I-765 proccessing was Nov 4th 2018 in USCIS website.
I did SR today and they sent me a confirmation e-mail that "We will reply by July 30th"
That means I need to wait again and they can answer just "Your case is on proccessing".
Did anyone of Nov 2th filers call USCIS today?
If somebody can shere your experience, please do it for me.
It's too long...... Today is 248days.....

Hey Guys, I’ve been a silent reader for many months. This site has helped me deal with the huge backlogs.
My PD: December 19 2018 C9 NBC
Card Being Produced: July 8 2019 (a little over 200 days wait)
I did not expedite my case, I simply asked my Senators office to send an inquiry of my case status on June 25 2018 in which they replied June 29th 2018 stating I would receive an answer in the next 30 days.
I’m not sure what the next step is - if someone could shed some light on that, it would be greatly appreciated.

I applied for my L2 EAD at California centre , the status is case was recieved.
Receipt date is 11th June 2019.
How much time will it take to recieve the EAD. Request anyone

Advanced parole approved separately
has anyone had their advanced parole (travel document) approved separately from their EAD?
I applied for my travel document and everything else (marriage base) on December, 3rd, 2018, but I had my I-765 rejected because it was an outdated form so I sent a new one and they received it on December 19th, 2018.
Do you guys think it was approved separately due to separate dates?
Or is it a bad sign that they would approve a travel document but not the EAD?
Any experiences? I am kind of worried.

Haven't received I-765 Case Number
Hi Guys,
I submitted my application with forms I-485, I-130, I-765, and I-131 in 02/2019. I got separate case numbers for I-485, I-130, and I-131 forms, but have not received a case number for I-765 through a receipt notice. My question is, for Adjustment of status applications, do we get a separate I-765 case number to track EAD approval/denial status or does the I-485 case number show the status changes for I-765?
And if I USCIS hasn't sent my I-765 receipt notice, how do I know whether they received my I-765 form? I already called USCIS and raised an SR and they said it would take 30 days for them to respond. Should I submit my I-765 again? What Priority date would it be assigned if I submit it now.
