Filed 10/2017: I-485 Marriage based, I-130, I-31, I-765
01/23/2018: EAD and advance parole card approved
10/04/2018: Ready to be schedule for an interview (Almost a year after filing, at which point I though it was a matter of weeks or maybe couple of months to be schedule for the interview)
01/11/2019: EAD and advance parole close to expire and with no word for the interview date I apply for the EAD combo card renewal (New I-765 and I-131 filed also NBC).
05/29/2019: Interview schedule for June 27th (I had apply for an EAD expedite days before through the USCIS chat, and the last update was 06/07/19 that they received my supporting evidence).
06/27/19: Interview went well, very smooth, and later that day got the notification that our case was approved an the green card being produced.
During the interview an officer said the new timing for EAD cards is around 9 months (CARZY!!), my 180 days extension it's about to expire now so I was very blessed to be approved for the greencard and leave the EAD stress behind

EAD Approved H1 RFE
Hi,
I had filed for 765,131 and 485 last year and my Visa was expiring on June 20th 2019. Because the processing for EAD was going slow the company had filed for H1B extension few days before it was about to expire under premium processing. Since then we have received our EAD Combo cards in hand but today we got a notification of an RFE on the H1B Submission.
We do not know the details of the RFE yet, but will it cause any issues in our 485 interview (date TBD ) because i was working based on the H1B filing that was done while I had not received the EAD yet.

Fingers cross guys don't give up hope...July 2019 all October... November ...and December filer will get their EAD in Jesus name

Oct 17th, NBC, marriage base, filling from FL.
Nov 17, fingerprints appointment.
Feb 14, courtesy letter for medical exams.
Jun 14, we are ready to schedule your interview.

Advanced Parole is still received. I am guessing in the upcoming days, they are both being sent.

After 273 days of waiting 9 months and 1 day i got approval for my EAD!!!! I applied for AP too but no change on that. What are my possibilities they are coming both of them together????

Nothing since fingers print being completed on the date of the biometrics.
Recently submitted an expedite request on June 19, 2019 due to severe financial loss and having a job offer that will expire end of July.
Got a response of the June 26, 2019 that the expedite cases are taking longer than usual processing time. And, now I’m panicking because I faxed 30 pages as proof (most of it was my bank statement).
Any ideas if I can resend it with less pages or do I just sit and hope? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Or if someone could share their experience at NBC when expediting!!
