EAD
Hello guys!! I have a question. We filed our papers last week of June 2018 and they received July 03. I did biometrics month of August. Then I received my Advance Parole document January 30, 2019. Then the received date of my EAD/Combo card was Oct.09 2018 got an update Oct.15 says Fingerprint review was completed. Its been 225 days waiting for my Combo Card. And still “case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview” my question is. How many times usually do the Biometrics?

NBC marriage based. From fortmyers florida.

November, Chicago, C9, NBC – EAD Approved
Hi all,

I've been lurking around this forum for the last couple of months, and promised I would update as soon as my EAD was approved. It's been very comforting to read about your experiences and knowing I'm not alone.

Chicago, marriage based, NBC.

My timeline:

- RD: Nov 19
- PD: Nov 23
- Biometrics Received: Dec 22
- Case Ready to be Scheduled for Interview: Dec 23
- Interview Scheduled: May 17

EAD Expedite through Congressman: May 7
Expedite Received by USCIS/Routed for Expedite: May 16
New Card Being Produced: May 20

It took over 180 days, and I think the expedite did the trick. All I gave them was a letter from my employer explaining I would lose my job if I didn't get the EAD and a cover letter further explaining my situation.

Good luck to everyone out there – I know the wait is tough. Fingers crossed you will all receive your cards soon!

Vermont Service Centre - L2
Hi all,

Is anyone with the Vermont Service Centre and has an idea of timelines?
The website says 1-5 months which isn’t very helpful but I’ve noticed most people on here are with Nebraska.

Thanks!
