I'm happy for filers in December to February that are already receiving their EAD but I can't help but feel sad for people like me who filed waaay earlier that haven't received theirs. After all the USCIS keeps on repeating that they prcoess the cases in the order that they received them, which is why I just don't understand..
Hopefully we get ours soon too. :(

Evening guys,
RD: 29 Nov
Today i got a notification that they had sent a RFE for my I-485. I'm confused as i sent everything that was listed on the website and more. The only thing i did not include was my medical exam as it was under my knowledge you could take it to interview. May this RFE be for the medical?

Hi folks,
Finally, my L2 EAD extension has been approved.
RD: 12/27
approved date: 4/4
I am really happy considering current scenarios of unnecessary delays, I feel myself super lucky.
Just over 3 months, EAD renewal approved. Hopefully, I get my CARD in hand asap.
All the best to everyone else. Looks like USCIS has picked up some speed.

A few days after Biometric, “case is ready to be scheduled for interview”
2/13: my status got updated but still showing “case is ready to be scheduled for interview”. The date just got recounted from day 1.
EAD approved: 04/05. We received in mail. Not the actual card yet. Not even the online status. My online status is still showing “received”. But the letter told me my EAD is valid from 04/01/2019.
It’s pretty fast but kinda weird because my online status was not updated.
Anyone has the same situation?

Since I have submitted my case no further update found still shows case received...feb 16,2019. I 485 said we ready to schedule an interview. Technically EAD on marriage based takes 3-4 months for processing, since January i have kept refreshing USCIS website day to day but said they have a backlog due to many demands obviously i agreed with it however how some recent filers are getting theirs? I was taken off my job in a couple of weeks ago, my boss gave me three months to be back with a new EAD card and ain't no hope if i should have any of my document required.My wife starting being impatient due to this annoying situation she pays all bills by herself and living condition is really hard. I called customer service multiple times but seemed to be wasting my time nobody cared bout me.
I contacted my lawyer , he said we all waiting for approval.Now I'm scaring to expedite my case tings would be worst if getting denied, I have been told if expedite denied i have to wait a normal time to be approved means to wait another six months or above.
I think it's time to gather my stuff and return back to where i came from I'm really tired of this waiting game.These chats session brought me hope you see some September filers still waiting like me.
Only God knows the struggles we are facing, let keep sharing any good news we get everyday 🙏
