I-130/Adjustment of Status application (marriage based).
I received my I-797C forms on March 26th and am wondering when I can expect to receive a notice for my biometrics appointment and how long it is approximately going to take until the actual appointment.
I need my EAD asap, so I can start my job :).

Hello Everyone,
I wanted to share my experience since this waiting time is extremely hard and only others testimonies helped me to stay positive these days.

Still no news regarding my EAD application (Still showing Fingerprint Review Completed Since 12/05/2018)
- 03/21 (Interview was scheduled)
- 03/26 (Interview notice received - Interview date 04/29)
I have received job offers which I have not been able to take due to these circumstances but at least I already have the interview date which gives me some light at the end of the tunnel.
I tried different ways to expedite ( Calls, USCIS portal, Infopass, Congressman but honestly no luck). I still encourage you guys to try every option. I will let you guys know if I hear anything from them.
Wish you all best of luck ! It is definitely coming our way, lets be positive and patient. God is helping us!

Priority Date and waiting times
Just a few questions:
First;
Applying for marriage based GC, AOS from f1.
I-485/765/131 RD 03/01/2019
Biometrics 03/29/2019
I filed from NJ, and my case is with NBC.
First of, I’ve been looking through a lot of these post in order to get a clearer picture of how long people are waiting for their EAD, since I need to travel. My lawyer told me 3-5 months, but I’m starting to sweat because I have a trip planned.
When I look at the waiting times on uscis with the different centers, it seems NBC has the longest waiting time of them! Whyyyy!
How can people expedite? Is that only for an emergency trip or a pending job offer? And what is a “priority date”? I see a lot of people mentioning it.
I’m so stressed because I’m scared I won’t have my travel permit in time.

Any September filers left???
I’ve been a long time reader of this website & found everyone’s advice + comments extremely helpful. It’s so good to know that there are people like me stuck waiting for a plastic card & refreshing the USCIS website 20x a day.
My received date is 09/21 for my i130, i131, i485, & i765. Is there anyone else who is a September filer who hasn’t received their EAD yet? (And yes I have filed a SR)

So I got an update that interview has been scheduled but still no EAD. This seems to be the trend these days which is fine by me.

renewal for EAD filed August 2018
Still waiting for a renewal of EAD card for i 485 application which was sent in Aug 2018 for a card expiring in October 2018.
When we applied for the renewal they said that the processing time was 5-7 months and we are still waiting for it. We have called USCIS and raised service requests to no avail.
We originally applied for AOS in August 2017.
