Hi there ! Now I live in Washington state and I have send my documents to NBC
But me and wife we are planning to move in California in 2 months,I want to ask
If someone knows if I change state and my documents change the office process??
My pd is 25 October

California EAD processing times: 3.5 - 5 months now :(
Just saw that EAD processing times is 3.5 - 5 months now for California Service center.
It was 2 - 5 months in January.
No update on L-2 EAD renewal from 75 days

J2 EAD card
I'm on a J2 visa and received my EAD card 2 months after the approval date and it was only valid for 1 month from when I received it! I had a job offer that I couldn't start.
I've had an info pass appointment, the officer told me to apply for an expedite due to financial loss, I told her I can't support the J1 holder but she said just do it and they will contact you and then you can explain your case. They just denied my expedite because I can't support the J1 holder!
I expedited again under USCIS error and explained what happened, they seem not to read my request and sent the same reply as first time.
Can I file a complaint? Or can a lawyer help me with that?

Stressed October filer- 180 days- No EAD

resigned from my current position a month ago. was hoping to have an EAD by now. Tomorrow is my last day.
3 job offers-
one I have to start next week Monday (First choice----more $$)
one on May 1st
second flexible start date.
Why does USCIS take this long? We need to work to survive..
This forum calms me down in my time of stress. It lets me know I'm not the only one.
Unemployed after tomorrow- gonna have to dip into my savings.

I have an employment based case with an i-765, I-485, I-131 pending.
RD: oct 9, 2018
Biometric: nov 7, 2018
No update on my EAD/AP. Because I haven’t worked this whole time and I have a job offer waiting, I filed for an expedited processing last week. I didn’t get any update on my I-765 or I-131 (EAD/AP) but on March 28, 2019, my I-485 showed an update of “We scheduled an interview. A notice has been mailed to you”.
Is this typical? Will I receive my EAD/AP soon? Does the interview get scheduled before your work authorization is processed sometimes? THANK YOU! Good luck to all of you! Thanks for the support!!
