Hello guys,
I came to update my case. Just today I called USCIS to get the tracking, tier 1 officer insisted that there is no tracking available. But I didn't give up, I asked to speak with Tier 2 officer. The agent kept telling me that they can only tell me same information, and they do not ship package with tracking for EAD. I knew he is not telling me the right information. I waited 3 hours for the tier 2 officer to call back and then the case was updated with tracking from USPS.
I also have informed delivery from USPS for daily mail updates, but I just wanted to make sure that they deliver to the right address. We've waited a long time for the card, and we definitely do not want it to be lost.

EAD renewal times NBC
I have an i485 pending for interview from Oct 2017. Currently on 180-day extension letter from USCIS since EAD expired on January 15, 2019.
Applied for EAD extension on August 8, 2018 but no sign of any progress on getting a renewal.
Don't see much information on this forum on EAD renewal processing times.
Considering other people may have needed to extend their EAD, was wondering what timeline to expect for renewal of the EAD?
Really need it to continue to be able to work.

Here is my timeline
PD\RD : August 31, 2019
Biometrics: October 04, 2019
Case is ready to be scheduled for interview: November 17, 2019
SR (outside normal processing time): February 20, 2019
New card is been produced : March 7, 2019 (5pm)

Interview Scheduled
Today I received great news that my F2B application is already scheduled for an interview. It was really quickly since just about yesterday I receive a notice that my application was "ready for an interview".
I was expecting an interview at the end of this year or 2020 since my field office (San Bernardino, CA) are still resolving cases from 2017.
No EAD/AP yet, but it seems I may no need it after all.
