EAD expired...no renewal
Hello.

I have a case which is a I-765 class C09P EAD / Advanced Parole card. Family based (my son is our sponsor)
We are in NY.
Our EAD card has been expired since 06/20/2018!
The renewal from sent on 04 /18.
They received it and got a notice on 06/ 18.
Since than no updates , no renewal no notice no EAD card no Green card!
It seems extremely long time for renewing the EAD / Parole card.
We sent all necessary information nothing was missing.
I cant work since last summer because we Didn't received anything from the Immigration.
I will try call them tomorrow.
Any suggestions?
Thank you.

F2B basis AOS Application: EAD Card Received
F2B basis AOS application; USCIS received date: 14 Sep 2019

1) Received actual EAD card, I-765 approval receipt and I-131 approval receipt. All of these received on same date, 18 Feb 2019. When I was checking my last week mails, I found the EAD card in the lot (received by priority mail).
2) EAD card is good for one year (standard for AOS application)
3) There was no indication or case change in USCIS online account. May be they will do it soon.
4) Sep applicants can now expect the EAD card in hand soon.

Thought to post it for your information.

October 2018 Update
Hello All. Just an update. We received my wife's I765 card in the mail yesterday. I would strongly recommend using the USPS tracking! The mail carrier actually put it in the wrong mail box and we were able to find it in my neighbors mailbox (similar apartment number) because of the tracking showing "delivered to mailbox".

On another note, we went to the SSA office and found they did not have anything on file for my wife, so we had to complete another application and will receive the new card next week. I strongly recommend all waiting to go to your SSA office to verify as the agent we talked to said it's about 50/50 that they receive them when combined with the I765
