I received my approved asylum states on 16 of December 2018 and i have been told that the EAD will be sent to home after 2 weeks.
now it is almost 3 months and didn't receive anything!

Anyone here was filed EAD application on Nov 2018 to California SC?
My receipt date is Nov-20, so far there is no any update on my case. Wonder anyone filed at California SC had received approval? What's your receipt date? So that I can estimate when mine would be done =.='

Asylum pending in court And 180 Days clock EAD...?
I’m in removal proceedings. I filed asylum in court with judge at master hearing 09-25-18.
I called EOIR 800 number and hotline says 161 days Elapsed on your application excludes any delays. Merit hearing is scheduled on June-25-2020 which is pretty long time . I just filled EAD 1-765 to USCIS. Just wondering Am I eligible for EAD ? Since it’s long time for decision on my application and 161 days elapsed on my application. I do not have any Criminal convictions not even traffic violations. Please tell me if I’m eligible for EAD in my situation? I sent application to USCIS 2 days ago how long will it take to get receipt ?
Anyone in my situation?

Hi All! Today finally I received an online notification that interview has been scheduled (have t received in mail yet). My question is it normal for interview being scheduled before receiving the EAD card (no update on that at all) ?

The tier 2 officer was so nice and helpful and she explained to me everything about my case and why my interview is so fast.... and yes guys the EAD is taking between 4 to 6 months NBC (depends officer who is working in your case).
My dates:
12/3/18 Case was received (I-130, I-765, I-485)
12/17/18 Notice with appointment fingerprints in mail.
01/04/19 Biometric done
02/13/19 We are ready to schedule an interview
02/21/19 Interview was scheduled
So far my GC is coming first and I don’t need to wait for EAD.
Be patient guys I know is hard, we need to work for our families but if you believe in god just pray! God is the only one, he can do everything for us.
