Getting job offer without EAD
Hi Everyone,
I am currently waiting for my EAD. I read lot of comment where people mentioned about job offer in hand. Just wanted to ask if it is possible to secure a job in advance without having EAD in hand? If yes, what would be the best way to go about it? I will really appreciate any inputs.

Finally!!! New Card is being produced
Thanks to the forum for the postings all along - I have being an ardent reader and it has really helped to project when m EAD will be approved. I want to share m timelines so as to give those that are still waiting some hope:
Application Center - NBC
12/28/2019 - Application received
02/07/2020 - Finger Print was taken
02/15/2020 - RFE request Sent (Birth Cert)
03/09/2020 - RFE response recieved by USCIS
04/08/2020 - Case read to be schedule for Interview
05/29/2020 - New Card is Being Produced.
Lets us all keep all hopes alive - it shall past very soon for us all.
Keep the spirit of expectation.

SSN
It has been 24 days now since USCIS sent our SSN Application to the social Security Administration and still haven’t received a thing! My husband went and applied at our local office and the Administrator there said he should receive it in about 4 days even tho it’s supposed to be a 2 weeks time frame it usually comes sooner anyways this week I’m hoping something comes in.

New Card Production: May 29th, 2020
This was a long and strenuous wait for us and his life has been totally put on hold, but now we can continue living our life! Good luck to everyone and may God bless you as he has blessed us!

J-2 EAD filing
Hi guys,
I have two pretty basic questions that I was hoping you could help me with. I'm filing my J-2 EAD renewal next week, exactly 180 days before the expiration date of my current EAD. I have been lurking here for a while because I'm worried that I'll have a gap in my employment, but I'm still not sure what a "priority date" (PD) is? Is it the day that USCIS gets the documents, (so that would be the day after I send them, if I use overnight delivery), or when they start looking at the application? Does having to send the file to a lockbox change this? Also, what delivery service did you guys use to send your application? I was thinking Priority Mail Express with USPS, but should I do FedEx instead?

Wrong I-94 admission record number on I-765 and wrong I-94 printed document.
Hi immihelp community, I sent I-765 application about 6 weeks ago and just recently realized I entered wrong I-94 admission record number on I-765 and submitted a wrong I-94 printed supplement document (with previous passport number).
I plan to talk to USCIS representative and resend these documents if needs to ASAP.
Has anyone made similar mistakes? Will there be a possibility of my application getting denied?

IOE receipt number
Hi! I really find this forum is super helpful. I just received my receipt for renewal of my EAD and the receipt number started with IOE xxxxxxx. Anybody experience the same thing and anybody know what this mean? Thank you so much !!
