I just contacted a congressman about the fact that have filled for over 7months and my ead as not being processed, hav followed every instructions from the congressman office. Will they let me know after they make an inquiry about my case to the DHS. Or they will just work on it without updating me.

Question on: I-765 form expiring May 2020
I got a question.
Current I-765 form expires on 05/31/2020. Any idea what the new I-765 form might contain or how different it can be?
I have to renew my EAD/AP and my 180 days countdown has started.
I am not sure if I should use the existing i-765 form which expires in 3 days or I just wait for the new form and submit for the EAD/AP renewal. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Case ready to be scheduled for interview: 3/23/20
New Card is being Produced: 5/27/20

L2 ead renewal- texas- aug filer.
Hi all I filed l2 and ead renewal on 08/19/19 and still waiting. Raised multiple sr and sent a request to ombudsman nothing helped. It's been more than 9 month . When I raised last sr on may 16 I got reply saying I will hear back within 60 days. I got the same reply in march also. Dont know what to do. Any aug filer received their ead.

anyone who filed in October and November (NBC) got their EAD? i have been following this forum for pretty ling time , and since NBC changed their time range from 5.5- 7.5 to 6-8, i noticed that January and December filer stated getting their EADs, I filed in October and havent received EAD yet. wondering if they are going backwards started from December going back to November then October. Really hope that they will not change timeline this month as it shows they are reviewing end of September now.
