Change employer
I just got recently approved with my GC. How long should I stay with my current employer before I change employer? Is there a certain number of months that I should stay with my petitioner?

Eb3 row sponsord by an individual
Does anyone have experience with interview while being sponsored by an individual and not the company?
I am having my interview in a month and am super nervous about it.
Also does anyone have experience with having an interview for the future position? I switch to I-485 from F1 and even I got EAD few months back I didn’t start working for my employer because of medical reasons. I had to travel to my home country multiple times and have a surgery I am still recovering from. But my sponsor still intents to employ me after my recovery is done. Should I bring translated medical documents to an interview with me.
Andy advice will be highly appreciated

Waiting for Interview decision (Nov 2019, Texas)
EB2-NIW

November 2019: Interview completed (Texas)

IO told us that everything looked good and there should not be any problem. No immediate final decision was made at the spot. I have not heard anything from them until now. The status on the website still says "Interview was scheduled". No update is making me really anxious.

Has anyone had a similar experience or been waiting for this long?

New Card being produced
Hebrews 6:15 " And so after waiting patiently, Abraham received what was promised"
I guess it's my turn to share my experience. Been reading this blog for almost 9 months and it helped me a lot on getting my hopes high and being inspired from those who got the approval. It's been a long nerve wrecking wait but still His time is perfect.

Here's my timeline
EB3 Philippines
Feb 2, 2018: Employer filed EB3 I-140
Jan 2019: I-140 approved
Apr 23, 2019: I-485 filed with EAD and AP
Sept 2019: EAD and AP approved and received
Sept 30,2019: Interview was scheduled
Oct 30, 2019: Interview done
Jan 8, 2020: New card being produced

Interview experience:
The IO was very professional and jolly all through out interview. I prepared everything prior to my interview such as:
Tax returns, I-94 printed, Pay stubs, Employment verification letter (which is very important if you're under employment based, W-2, Original Birth certificate, Marriage certificates.
I photocopied all of the originals and organized them well which I think is kinda helpful in a way that I can pull the documents out easily.
IO asked yes or no questions, and verified every information. Asked about my job duties, hours of work.
After the interview, IO said she will give a decision in 2 weeks. Then comes the 2 months of silence without any update. My wife is also on EB3, interview was on Nov 5,2019 and got her GC Dec 28,2019.
I know it's really frustrating at some point. Pray for it, ask for it and He will give it to you at the right time. Hebrews 10:37" For, In just a little while, he who is coming will come and will not delay"

EB1C Interview Completed
I had EB1C India interview completed today. Officer told me that everything looks good and he will review the documents. But he also mentioned that I-485 will not be approved until priority date is current. I thought I-485 can be approved but Green Card will produced when priority date becomes current. Am I wrong? Also my current I-485 status is Initial Review. What other status you guys are on after the interview is completed?
