Fraud Employer
My Employer paid me 50% less for 2 years what he has promised in Labor documents and to USCIS in my H1B to bring me in USA and always made false promises to pay it off and never paid. Now I have a green card and I am not working with him anymore but want to go after him and take my money from him. I am one of the several employees he has done this. What are my options please advise.

INQUIRY for MSC receipt number
Since my I-485 application was received (July2019), online status says Fingerprint fee was received, and NBC location is working on my AOS. By Nov. 2019, status changed to "CASE is ready to be scheduled for an interview". I have not receive any notice that indicates any location transfer of my case. Does that mean, NBC has still my case? And they've not transferred to any field office under my zip code location?

EB3 ROW San Jose
Hello,

I've been reading your experiences for so long (almost 3 years). My case was a bit complicated and you guys were a great help! It didn't change my timeline but it really helped a lot. I think I owe you to share my experience too. Maybe someone will find it helpful.

I am a spouse of a H1B visa holder. So I hold a H4 visa. Everything was done by the immigration companies through the job. The company that we started the process with was acquired while perm was processes. Form I-485, I-765 and Form I-131 were filed together under a new company's name. Here is our timeline of I-485:

December 13, 2018 : Forms were submitted
January 15, 2019 : Fingerprint Appointment
February 25, 2019 : EAD status changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"
February 26, 2019 : EAD status changed to "Case Was Approved"
February 28, 2019: EAD status changed to "Card Was Mailed To Me"
March 5, 2019 : EAD was delivered to the attorney's office
March 7, 2019 : RFE for my spouse's I -131 (He left the country while it was processed)
March 19, 2019 : I-485 status changed to “Case Transferred To Another Office”
March 20, 2019 : I-485 status changed to “Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction”
April 02, 2019 : USCIS denied my spouse’s Form I-131 and approved I-765
July 9, 2019 : I-485 status changed to “Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview”
July 9, 2019 : I-485 status changed to “Interview Was Scheduled”
August 13, 2019 : Interview at San Jose office (Hit by retrogression)
November 20, 2019 : I-485 status changed to “New Card Is Being Produced”
November 22, 2019 : I-485 status changed to “Case Was Approved”
November 22, 2019 : “Card Was Mailed To Me”
November 27, 2019 : Cards were delivered to the attorney's office

It was a very slow and painful waiting time. Thanks for making it a little bit better !
I wish you all to have a less stressful process. Stay as patient as you can )

EB3 ROW Interviewed on Oct
Hello All,

We were interviewed on oct 24th 2019 in philadelphia field office and it was a standard interview. At the end of the interview, IO told us we will hear back decision in 1-2 weeks and we will not have second interview.

Nov 06-2019: Called USCIS for update. After an hour case status changed to Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed from Interview was scheduled

Nov 27-2019: Inquired with congressman help and got response "While a decision has not yet been reached, the case is currently under review. We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the case will be completed."

We have not received anything. Anyone interviewed on october waiting for update. Any guidance/suggestion for what to do next?

Thank you for your response in advance

EB-3 Application for over 2 years
Hi guys,

USCIS received my I-485 fingerprint fee on Aug. 2017, and my case status has been showing "Nebraska Service Center location is working on your case" since then.

It has been over two years and I am still waiting for the interview notice. I filed an "out of processing time" inquiry, and they responded as "needed additional review".

Does anyone has similar experiences or can give me some suggestions? I really do not know what else to do now...

Thank you very much! And wish everyone who is still struggling in the Greencard processing situation good luck!!
