Hi experts,
I am in the process of preparing my i485 documents and will be filing in EB3 category in January 2020.
However I see the date of filing for EB3 for ROW is retrogressed to 1/1/2019. The final action date is still current.
My PD is June 2019. Will I still be able to file I 485 in Jan?

My priority date is 21Feb 2017. I completed my interview in April 2019 art Santa Ana office. Got rfe regarding expired medical .submit medical report again.
I485 J approved in July 2019
And them my case is transferred to texas service centre
Any one have idea when will I get green card?

It's going to be almost 1.5 months since I had my interview and haven't heard back from USCIS. The IO after my interview dated 10/30 said that they would give the decision in 2 weeks.
Do you have an estimated idea on when will they give a decision?

400 days after interview still waiting for update
It’s 400 days after interview and still waiting for update from Uscis. I completed my interview at Newark and they gave me white receipt saying need additional review. Anyone in same situation ?
