Interview Cancelled Notice
Hi,
I had my interview on August 9 in San Francisco but because of the retrogression, they were unable to approve it at be time and then tonight I got a notice saying as of today (Oct 23), my interview was cancelled and a notice was ordered?
Have anyone else gotten a notification like this post-interview?

July retrogression Sacramento (CA) office
Hi, I am in EB2 category with priority date in March 2018. My wife and I had interview in Sacramento, California on July 26 and we got affected by retrogression. We know they sent our packages back to National Benefit center BUT nothing else.
Anyone else in similar situation? Does it matter at this point which was our office if all the packages got sent to the National center?
What should we do? Just wait and hope?

I went to I-485 AOS employment based on 10/1/2019 by the end of interview the officer asked me if I have a current employment letter which I asked my lawyer if i need to take it with me to the interview, he informed me you don't need it since you have your pay stubs and the pay stubs consider solid proof that you already working with your sponsor, anyway long story short the officer asked for the letter i said i don't have it. my lawyer got involved and he had an argument with the officer, then the officer asked us to leave the office and wait for him in the waiting area, and he brought a letter (RFE), he requested current employment letter, most recent pay stubs, w-2 forms,and copies of tax return.
Dose anyone had the same experience?

I just want to ask if any one have had an experience of not maintaining F1 student visa after applying the I 485 form and had no problem at the interview ? What would they ask about the status ?

Status updated to "New Card id being Produced!". EB3 - India Seattle interview 7/24/2019. Priority Date Feb-01-2008, receipt date Nov-14-2018. 11 years 9 months. Keep believing & Praying! It is coming for all:) fingers crossed. Good Luck! Thank you all for sharing information, this was the biggest support for the last few months.
