EB3-ROW October Interview
I had my interview yesterday (October 17, 2019) and it was approved. I know a lot of July/Aug/Sep folks are still waiting, which was kind of acknowledged by the IO (saying that they weren't as lucky to be approved on the spot because of the retrogression but they will be now... So hang on there guys)

My timeline:

EB3 - ROW
PD: July 1st, 2018
I-140 (premium), I-485, I-765 and I-131 : Applied concurrently on Jan 4th, 2019
Received Date: Jan 7th, 2019
I-140 Approved - Jan 10th, 2019
Case Transferred to NBC - Feb 7th, 2019
Fingerprinting done - Feb 14th, 2019
EAD/AP Approved - April 19th, 2019
Ready to be scheduled for interview - July 2nd, 2019
Interview Scheduled notice - September 12th, 2019
Interview Date - October 17th, 2019

The office was friendly and warm. We were very tensed but the demeanor of the IO calmed us down. We had our toddlers with us (4 and 3) and as usual toddlers, were making things uncomfortable for us :), but the IO was very understanding.
My 2 cents: If you have your paperwork right, and have been in a good standing throughout your tenure in the country, you will be approved. They are not looking for reasons to deny the case unless there are obvious red flags.

I wish everyone the best of luck. Good things will happen soon iA.

Fiscal year 2020
As far as I understood the reason that we are (July, August and September victims) waiting for our cards/decisions/notices is that USCIS had already issued allowable number of green cards for 2019 fiscal year as of July 2019. So, we had to wait till new fiscal year (2020) starting in OCtober 2019. USCIS has just started issuing new cards. So, now we will get our cards soon.

What do you think guys?

EB3 ROW
Hello folks,
Another morning with hope that all candidates who are stuck during the retrogression will hear very soon their approval. Anyone who may add when we'll start getting our approval (old cases plus July, August and September 2019)
Anyone have a rough idea?

Interviewed on Feb, still nothing
Hi everyone, Just wana share my experience here, get your advice on how I should do

EB-2 ROW Los Angeles
PD date April 2017
RFE Received July 2017
Initial Interview scheduled June 2018
Interviewed cancelled by USCIS July 2018
New Interviewe date scheduled Jan 2019
Interview Date Feb 2019
RFE Received June24 2019
RFE Responsed July 31 2019

We interviewed on Feb 28th 2019, the interview got very smooth, only takes 25 minutes even though we wait 2hours and half. At the end of the interview, the IO office give us a paper, said we should hear from them in one month. Now we are here 7 month after the interview. Since then, my status stuck with interview was scheduled.

When it hit the 120 days window, we did request case out of processing time. And then we got a RFE, strange enough, it basically asked the same question as the first RFE. The first RFE we got is about my school and full time student status while I was F-1 Student. My school is a accredit university with thousand international students. My attorney submit chuck of information prove that. We gather all the information as requested, but you know, it is pretty much the same as the last RFE. I really don’t know why they request basic the same information again. Anyway, in short, we responsed with all the evidence. This time, there is even no updates of whether they received it or not.

Now, I am here, frustrated, depressed. After years of waiting, I don’t know what should I do.
If you guys can share any advice, I will be much appreciated!
Thanks
