Hi Folks,
I am a Seattle filer and my case has been stuck at "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" for the past 40+ days. Anyone from Seattle who recently got an interview date or had an interview, would you mind sharing how long it took for your case to go from ready to schedule to scheduled. Thanks in advance and very much appreciate your time answering this.

RFE at the Interview
Hi Everyone,
I was so excited to get my GC after Interview in Chicago (L1 adjust status) but towards the end of interview, officer started to place detailed questions and asked me to provide payslips, tax returns from past years and letter from employer. I brought everything next day and have not heard anythingback
Interview: July 1st, 2019
RFE submitted: July 2nd, 2019
Website still shows On May 24, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-485....
I see some people have similar problems, my issue is I need to travel regularly abroad for work and I am afraid to do that since I am in the last stage.
Thanks for any advice!

Recent Visa Bulletin
Hi Guys - assuming that EB1 dates come back to Feb-2017 in October, Do you think that dates will move forward at least 4-5 months this year (2019-2020) or it will be a steady ride like 2 months in the whole year ???

Work Based Interview
Hi guys, just another update. It has now been 12 weeks since I had my work based i485 interview in Fairfax, VA.
STILL no updates, online still says 'interview was scheduled'. Anyone else going through the same situation?
Not sure if i should submit an inquiry yet because the 120 days has not passed.
If anyone knows of a way to get in contact with someone to help it would be great, office is know longer scheduling infopass appointments.

USCIS processing time

Multinational executive or manager (E13) processing time for I-140 petition is currently 8.5 months to 10.5 months. Has anyone gotten any experience if those times are for real or if anyone has gotten the processing fairly quickly?

There has been a combination of a dramatic change in the USCIS demand pattern for adjustment of status applicants during July, and a larger than anticipated return of unused numbers which had been provided to consular offices for July use. As a result, it has been possible to advance the Employment First and Second preference September final action dates for most countries, as well as the India Employment Fifth preference.

does this means that everyone from July that didn't have an answer might hope for something to move in September rather than to wait until October???

The Sept 2019 visa bulletin suggests that the Final Action Date is Unavailable for EB1 and EB4 India. What does this imply? The new fiscal year starts Oct 2019 - shall we treat this as good news or bad news?
