Hi All,
I got my h1b stamped today after 221(g) issued me on Jan10 2008. I have submitted the docs on Feb 25th and I received my passport stamped today(Mar 04, 2008).

Hi All,
Am looking at this forum since october 2007, as i booked slot for H1B in chennai consulate on Nov 1st. The story begins like follows...
Nov 1st .. went to chennai consulate along with my wife and stood there in the queue for almost 3 hours and after so hectic standing in the queue i got the VO appointment.
He asked me about my marrige date, marriage certificate, photos of marriage, my MS academic certificates, and project related queries.
Then after typing some stuff in his system he silently took 221G and ticked all the check points except the client letter, as i said its an internal project.
I have almost 95 % of documents what he mentioned n 221G except employee wage reports, and their immi status and designation.
Me and my wife came of silently and said to my employer in US and after much awaiting time from my US employer he sent thise documents on Jan 23.
JAN 24th i went to VFS HYD office and submitted those along with my wife passport though the VO didnt mentioned or ticked at the back of 221G.
After submission i used to check the link "https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/ApplnForms/TrackYourPassport.aspx" where you can track your passport if its been delivered to Bluedart ot no..?
Finally On Feb 27th i got successful information on the above link saying that " you can collect you passport between 14.00 to 15.00 or else it will be automatically couried.
on Feb 28th i got mine and my wife passport successfully stamped with H1B and H4 visa, by GOD GRACE..
People i can only say one thing, trust your self and keep moving with your work, and pay less attention towards US VISA.. all the rest lies in God hands, once the time comes ur Passport will come definitly with VISA stamped.

Submission of 221G

I am V.Kishore Kumar, went for an Interview on 20/December/2007 and got 221G.I have sumitted my docs thru VFS on 23/Jan/2008. Now just yesterday(i.e 29/Feb/2008) I have got my docs back with another 221G asking for the passport, LCA, DS156 & DS157 and other standard doc to be send. My concern is while I was sending my docs USICS for H1B filing I kept an additional fake experience in my resume(with total exp : 6 years) and later while sending my docs thru VFS as per given 221G, I removed the fake experience mentioned in my resume which is around 3 years and just kept only true experience (i.e only 3.5 years worked for 3 companies). This change is reflected only in resume.
1) My major concern is it worth sending my passport or how does it influence my visa?
2) Do consulate pple verify my docs send (i.e as per 221G) with USICS?
Can u suggest me on this?
If u dont mind can u plz give me ur contact nos..

Regarding Case Number
I got 221(g) blue on 25th Feb,2008 to submit all the documents through vfs. He told that we will call you once again for interview. VO has mentioned a case number on a blue form, a friend of mine has also got 221(g) blue but without case number.
So please people suggest me what does the case number suggests, will they send anohter 221(g) to submit my all educational, experience certificates or the number indicates just for reference purpose.
Please help me in my case specially iam requesting to Ram

but issued 221g GREEN,
VO was a young American Lady.
Years of experience?
she asked about the current employer?
previous employer?
r u married?
do ur husband accompany you
what is your petitioner name?
on which project you are going to US?
your company not mentioned about any projects on its site?
give US company tax papers?
made some rounds on taxpapers with a pen?
and issued 221g Green
ans asked to submit papers like TAX, EMPLOYEES LIST, W-2, UNEMPLOYEMENT WAGE RETURNS

I came from USA.This week i went for stamping.
I have 3 months experience in USA.
VO asked me my masters deg ,H1 pettion,I-129,Client agreement docs,Tax papers,LCA,Experience certificates.
And i show my Certification in USA.He satisfied with that.
Asked abt work location,client place.
Asked abt pj.
For passport whom shall i contact.Can i anybody give response for this.Can i see in the online where is my passport.
Finally he told me u will receive ur passport with in 1 week.
Waiting for PP.

Additional Administrative Processing 221 (g)
Hello,
Its been long 5 months I am waiting for my VISA to get stamped and today I have received the passport with VISA stamped......
On 5th Nov 2007 I had first Interview & had been
given 221 (g) AAP.....received clearance on 19th Dec 07 submitted the passport .....received the passport without stamping with 221 (g)
followed up with NAS and MumbaiIV got clearance
on 22Feb...submitted the passport on 26 and got the VISA stamped today......
It was realy very painfull but with lot of hopes from all of you here........I really appreciate everybodies views in this forum.
