i don't have previous employee Payslips and offer letter, But i have Experience letter. Can u please help , experience letter enough for attending the Visa Interview

           First of I would like to thnx all the members of this group.I am a regular visitor of this site.Let me explain what has happend for me .
I work with one of the big MNC in bangalore.I have attend visa interview on 21st November.This is how the interview went.
Me:GM sir How are you doing
VO:GM,I am doing good.Thnx.How are u
Me:I said Good and gave the file tat I am carrying
VO:So you are going to work for so and so company in US.?
Me:Yes
VO:Which project
Me:Inhouse and explained
VO:Wat is ur highest degree
Me:MCA
VO:Can i see the certificate?
Me:Passsed original certifcate
VO:ok.can i see the tax documents
Me:Passed all the documents envelope that i got from consulatant
VO:I dont see wages report ,so i am going to issue 221g pls submit those document thru VFS.
Me:Sir,wages document is there inside the envelope pls see it
VO:Sorry I dont see it in this documents.Pls submit it in VFS
Me:Do I have to submit with passport?
VO:No,just the documents
Me:Thanks and went

on Dec12 I have submitted all my documents in VFS with out passport,I have got a courier on Dec 20th saying Additional administrative processing and At the botttom with pen they wrote it is Passsport.So I wasnt sure whether i have to send the passport or should wait for other communication from consulate.I have called up the conuslate and clarified and sent my passprot.Today I have got my passprt stamped.I was really suprised.One thing that i have observed is VISA's that gets approved can be traceked through the VFS Track passport link.If your visa is approved u can see something like passport handed over to blue dart.etc.Belive me guys entire thing happend as a miracle.I lost my hopes and was working on L1 through my current company.Good luck for all .Hope every one would get the visa.I think in this 221g journey I have learnt so many things on the visa processing.If any one has any doubts you can contact me.

Hi Guys My name is Surendra.I applyed for H1B in the year 2005.after that i attens consulate 2 times.lasst time officer issue admin processing in the year oh Jun 2006.Till from that date nearly 18 months i dont have any communication.Recently 2 days back i recive courier from VFS Global services they ask me to send tha passport and letter from the petiosner still interest in H1B with details.I contact my petioner he told the few months back auditing is done and my cae is closed,so he told that he is not able to help.

My question is
1) Any chance to get Visa if i submit the passport and letter from the employer.
2) Any chance to open my case in the U.S

my employer told that its not a problem for him to send the letter only thing in the port of entry they wont allow.

Please seniors help me.any one face similar kind of experiance.

Any information is highly appricated.

           Congrats to all the guys who have got their H1s and all the best to all the guys who are waiting for their H1s . I am here in US for the last couple of years . Right now the job situation is very tough because , you guys might have an idea about this . Those who have got their H1s and coming here for consulting jobs , wait for few more months in India and come over here . Because most of the guys(almost 85%) have bought flats/house in India and have to pay the installments every month , If u come over here now and if u cant be placed in 3 to 4 months it il be very tough , so be prepared befor coming to US . This is my advice, those who are interested they can take it r else please ignore ..

First of all i wann thanks this wonderful site .The members who wrote their experiences gave lot of info to the people who r plannin to attened the Intv.My interview was initially very cool .VO asked me the client doc .This is the only docs i was not carrying .VO isssued me the very famous 221G and asked me to drop my passport along with the docs.I have dropped the
docs along with PP a month ago.Hmm atlast I got my visa today :).I wanna tell u guyz who got their 221G not to get depress,at point of time u may get the visaaaaaaaaaa .All the best for all the 221G holders and best of luck to the guyz who r yet to attend.Bliv in almighty :)

Hi All ,

I have attended H1B Visa Interview on 18th of Jan at Chennai.I have got slot of 9:45. I reached there at 8:30 and checked in at the main entrance gate.

Then entered the 1st building. There were around 12 Counters. Can go to any Counter.I went to Counter 7 and waited for my turn.The officer asked to submit Passport,HDFC Receipt, DS-156, DS-157, LCA and I-129 Form. After checking all the document and he put all the docs in a Blue Folder and asked to give fingure prints. First all the four fingers of left hand, then right hand and then both the Thumbs together.Dont forget to sign and write your name in native language in the DS-156 Application.

Then entered the actual interview building.The authorities asked to sit in the waiting room and they were calling people depending upon the Interview slot. There were nearly 7 counters out of which atleast 4 were open.As soon as I got the call for my interview slot, I got up and joined the people standing in queue.There were nearly 30 people standing in the queue.Queue moved slowly and it took around 45 minutes before I reached the last line of the Q. In between one senior VO came and explained all of u about how to proceed for interview.He asked us to remain calm and attentive during interview and carefully listen to what the VO is asking for.When I was in the last line of queue I started observing the VOs at different Counters and was able to understand the Qs being asked to Candidates.The VO at Counter No:4 was asking a
lot of Qs to every candidate. So, I decided against going to that counter.Finally, my turn came and I found the Counter 3 is free, so I rushed to that Counter ,greeted the VO and passed the blue folder.

VO opened my folder and entered some info into the system.

VO looks into the system and ask me to give finger print of middle finger.
(Fingure print of which fingure is to be taken, is decieded automatically by the system.)

VO: Can you give me the page 5,6,7 and 8 of this document.?
Me : I looked into the folder and passed some docs.

VO: No this is not the correct doc, actually I want the next part of this I-129 Application.
Me: I checked folder again and passed the I-129 H (this doc has page no from 5 to 8).

VO: For how many months u r wrking for "Present Comp"?
Me: answered.

VO:What is ur specializtion in BE?
Me: answered.

VO:What is ur total exp ?
Me: answered.

VO: U will be working in Inhouse project or Client Proj?
Me: Inhouse.

VO: Could u show me the details of that project?
Me: I passed the TD for the proj.
        He checked that doc and entered some info into system and returned the doc.

VO: What Project u r working at present company?
Me: answered.

VO asked some counter Qs and I answered them and he got satisfied with my answers.

Finally came the Golden words.
VO: We r granting u Visa and u will get your Passport in next 3 days.
And he returned me the docs which were not required.

The whole process took around 8-10 minutes. It got it over by 12:15.

In next month iam going to attend the interview for H4 and still i have to take the date. But before that i need some help from the people who has already got the visa. I have planned to take the interview in my own language telgu or hindi.

If i go by this option, will it effect on the interview, but very frankly to say my english is very weak. If i take the same in interview in english then iam sure that there will be a lot of problem for me to respond the voice officer.

Please help me in this case.
