MNL case number
I wonder how long we need to wait for our case number, our approval of NOA2 was July 16 2015, and since then we are waiting for our case number, is there possibility that it will take few months to get case number? and what if we still don't have it until our approval expired?

Notice of Action 2 super delayed
my fiance filed the I-129F last December 8,2014 and we received Notice of Action 1 stating that USCIS received our case last December 10,2014.Our problem is until now (August, 2015), we have not received our Notice of Action 2. we always call and inquire to USCIS website about our case but the reply was "pending consideration". I am here in the Philippines and my fiance is in America and it is just very hard to have a long distance relationship. may i ask if we still have a chance to have the Notice of action 2 and be approved? or it will just be denied since it is almost 8 months of waiting? i hope we are not just waiting for nothing..

K-1 Visa
On May 1st of this year I received Form I-797 confirming that my I-129f K-1 Visa application had been accepted by the lock box facility in Texas and forwarded to the California Service Center for processing. I have a receipt number. When I try to check the status of my application I get this message:"At this time the USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact NCSC 1(800)375-5283 for additional infomation"
Has anyone else had this problem ? It seems like the California Service Center should be able to tell me more than that. For example, "We have received your application and It will processed in the order received"

Thank you.

Denied K1 -221g, no explanation what i need to submit, it says to be returned to the USCIS help!
My fiancé was denied in April 23, 2015 in the Philippines. The reason for denial is under section 221g. and being returned to the USCIS. We were both heartbroken for we both are eager to get married and spend our life together here in the USA. I thought it’s because it is real, that there will be no problem getting a visa. I even purchased him a plane ticket to travel in May 15 and plan to get married in May 22, 2015
I met my fiancé in 2011.
In 2012, my daughter has decided to have a wedding in my hometown in the Philippines. I built a house before we all went home for the wedding.
Since nobody will live at my newly built house, first asked my fiancé (no relationship yet at that time) a favor to go to my house to turn on the light at night and turn off in the morning. After few weeks, people are saying that if my house will not be occupied, ghost or bad spirit will live there. I asked my fiancé to please sleep at my house. I gave him 50 pesos every day or 1500 a month to pay for his transportation back and forth to his house. Although Bible Study has begun at my house every Saturday, still there has to be somebody to live there. I did not consider him as a caretaker, because I just asked a favor to let him stay at my house just for the bad spirit not to occupy. Since people are telling him that he was my caretaker, he then considered himself as a caretaker.
In April 2014 I went home again for my yearly Gift Giving to the less fortunate children. Because of the qualities I have seen in him, (quiet, shy, polite, honest and caring, soft spoken), he won my trust. At my age of 65, it would be impossible and embarrassing that I might fall in love to a 40 years old man, never had a girlfriend but love his mom so dearly, that impressed me. I did not pay attention of my feeling, all I know was I was very happy when he was around and that I miss him. He doesn’t know how to express his love to a woman, never had experienced. It all started with a joke and mutual understanding was established. I found in him the qualities of a man that I want to spend the remaining years of my life. I came back to the USA in May 2014. Due to age difference, my religious belief and culture, my reputation I need to control and protect myself not too show too much closeness not until after the marriage.
It was then that I felt that I really was in love with him. To me, i am still embarrassed but this is my real feeling. I can’t believe that i will fall in love again and yet to a young man. I missed him so much that I went back in October 2014, not only to spend the All Saint’s day but to see him. We were both so happy together; we were together the whole duration of my 2 week vacation. I came back to the USA in November and I told him that I want to marry him here in the USA. He was so happy because he thought that we will just live together in the Philippines when I retire. I cannot without marriage. I can’t afford to be hurt or heartbroken.
In December of 2014, our first Christmas and New Year Celebration together. At my age, now I realized that all I want is to have peace and joy in the remaining years of my life. He always tells me that he never thought that he’s going to have a chance to be married. He is always grateful that someone whom he secretly admired could notice him. I can’t believe what love can do. I went to the Philippines 3 times in 2014. THERE IS NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD.

The 221g which my fiancé received did not say anything what we should do to prove that there is a bona fide relationship. He provided pictures, but they did not look at our bank account and phone calls, Please advise us what to do. We want to be together please help.

Would you share your experience
We saw with our receipt No. online that our I-129f Fiance petition has been approved on March 13, 2015 and that they will send as a letter telling us what to do next. If anyone can share how long it took them after this to get their letter from the NVC, so that we can prepare for the next steps beforehand.
Thank you in advance

Help We are Desperate !!!!!!!
Hi, I'm a Danish man married to an American woman we have to kids together age 4 and 7 with dual citizenship, sorry if I spell something wrong , we are in a desperate situation, my wife wishes to go back home, but in order for me to follow, it seems like we are "forced" to divorce, because we have lived in Denmark for 5 years now so she has no income from America, so she can't sponsor me for a IR-1 visa without a co- sponsor, and we have no one to ask for help to get a co- sponsor, is there any other way, any help for us??

Thanks for any help in advance.

Already Married to a US citizen
Hi
I am married to a US citizen. We got married in USA when I was there on B1/B2 Visa. I am back to India and we didnt file my spouse visa for processing. I am aware that if we apply for spouse visa, it will take more than a year.

My question is, Can I go to USA on work visa now OR use B1/B2 again and then apply for spouse visa? Remember we are already married!!

My only concern is that I want to be with my partner ASAP and do not want to be away from my partner until the whole spouse visa gets processed.

Thanks

K-1 VISA AND I-485 MARRIED
This is a continuation from K-1 fiancée
Well my fiancée arrived on November 24th, 2014 the officer only asked her couple of questions 1- what type of visa she was traveling with... 2- Officer asked her if this was her first time traveling? Third question the officer asked her to turn in the sealed package? They opened they read it and gave it back to her, they also stamped her passport. And placed some stamps to some forms in the sealed package then she was good to go.
Now my next step was to get marry, we got marry in December 21, 2014. There is process for this. You can pay for someone to all this paper they want to charge me about $ 350 or you can do it yourself. I did it myself; I spent $60 to get the marriage license and $15 to get a copy of your recorder marriage license. The same day we went to the social security department to apply for her new social. Fiancée must take her k-I visa that is stamped on her passport, I took the I-94 just in case, you can get it on line..
Early January 2015 I applied for legal residence filed form I-485 pay an application fee for $1070 along with all the supporting documents. Within a week I received a receipt letter (form 797C notice of action) with a new case number. Like 2 more weeks later we received another letter with an appointment date for her finger print and photos.
Appointment date will be for 18/ Feb. / 2015
I will get back with you after that appointment date and her interview

I hope that this can help some people.
