So, I they received my package on 10/16 and they didn’t sent me an email or text telling me was accepted or nothing. And my husband talk to someone through the page is USCIS and they told him they already sent the receipt by mail. They took the money but I’m worried that they didn’t tell anything from text or email. ????

I wouldn't worry for now. Sometimes they didn't enter the text/email notifications properly. It happened to one of my previous cases. If they took the money/cashed the check, it's a sign that they have received your case. You can sign up for text and email notifications with the receipt number that will come in the mail.

We still have not received the biometrics appointment letter and the nerves are starting to kick in. Our case status page shows that the fingerprint fee was accepted on 10/16. I know it can take a few weeks but wonderinf if I should call? Has anyone else received their appointment letter?

So I called this morning and spoke to an officer. Our biometrics appointment has not been issued yet. She said it typically takes 30 days from the case priority date to issue, so rest easy everyone who has not received theirs. She also said if after 30 days we haven’t received anything we can call and they will submit an inquiry. Hoping that doesn’t happen though!

I haven't received the biometrics letter as well. I was also wondering when I should call them but thanks for the update. Hopefully we get it within the next few days.

That makes me feel better, especially since we are timeline twins! I’m sure we’ll get the notice early next week. The officer said if we haven’t received it by 11/6, we can call again.

I just spoke to a USCIS Rep and she said they are currently using the 30 day window instead of the 10 day window to send out receipt numbers.

Thank you for calling them! Yikes...up from the 15 days a posted mentioned earlier this week. I hope this doesn't mean they were totally bombarded by applications and our processing times are going to be even longer than what people are seeing now. I wish the courts could have decided on the Public Charge rule just a few days sooner. Wishing good luck to all!

10/30 they sent the form I-797
10/31 they took the money from my account (I sent the form to pay with my card)
10/31 text with the receipt notice
11/08 appointment scheduled for biometrics

Wow, yes the public charge rule really did ramp up the number of applications it seems. It's good to hear that package received on 10/15 is just getting their receipt numbers, I hope that most cases would not even come close to 30 days.
