Yes..on my status it says...RFE...but does not mention what it is. The letter to the lawyer says that they want medical report. Friends...I suggest you keep your medical ready...they only gave me 14 days to submit my medical...lucky that I had got it done in February..

what ASC and field center?
Also you mentioned you have medical done in feb. How far/old medical reports does USCI accept? is there a GC specific medical theme that needs to be done or does doctor knows about the tests/vaccine?

couple of more questions for benefit of larger group.
1) Do you send the medical report directly to USCIS (if yes, is it your ASC or some other center), if not then you sent to your attorney and then attorney sends it?
2) is there a particular form number that also gets filled with medical, if yes what number is that?

Hi to jhawarster
1. I was advised by my lawyer to collect the medical report and keep it with me, and only submit it when I was asked for it. So, I had it with me and gave it to the lawyer today to send to my ASC in Portland, ME
2. The form is I693....and most doctors who handle green card have that form in their office.
All the best.
